If there's one thing Nico's got, it's manners.
Nico wasn't one to have guests over in his cabin. He never even held a conversation with anyone other than Percy, Grover, Annabeth, Jason, or Will (aside from Chiron and Mr. D, of course).
However, he was raised in an Italian-American cultural mix. He learned how to be a gentlemen early on, and never hesitated to pipe up as necessary when guests were in his home.
With a bright smile and confident eyes, he walked past Piper, Frank and Jason as they sat down on random bunks in the Hades cabin. "Can I get you guys any water?"
Nico had never spoken directly to Piper before. She was surprised, lifting her eyebrows, "Um, no thank you."
Nico nodded, accepting the answer and turned to Jason and Frank. "How about you two?" Frank lifted a hand, telling him no, and Jason shook his head.
But before Nico sat down, he asked another question, "Is anyone hungry? I've got a variety available."
Piper smirked, "Why are you being such a gentleman?"
Nico furrowed his eyebrows, "What do you mean? You're my guest, I'm not going to be rude."
Jason relaxed back and Frank lifted his eyebrows. "I'm hungry," Frank commented.
Nico smiled, his genuine pleasure to get Frank some food. A happy person is a well-fed person. "What would you like?" Nico asked, taking out a few different options.
