We all kick our shoes off. I tuck mine in the closet, while the boys line them up neatly so no one will trip over them. Since my room is just down the hall, we file in. Hot on our heels before the door closes, my cat Hana rushes in.

"Wow, Jade, your room is so cool!" Denki takes in my decor. LED strip lights wrap around the room, and my bed is honestly more than halfway occupied by stuffed animals. I have a small desk at the foot of my bed with a giant pile of textbooks in the corner. My dresser sits next to my bed, right under the window, acting as a sort of nightstand as well. Catty-corner from my bed is a small TV resting on top of a shorter bookshelf, while two giant ones sit next to it.

"It's very ... you." Iida stares at my Pokemon poster that depicts all of the Eeveelutions. "Do you have a favorite?" He points to the poster.

"Jolteon." I answer without hesitation. "He's my absolute favorite Pokemon."

"Hey, electric types!" Denki reaches over to give me a high-five. "Good choice!"

"That's the ... yellow one?" Iida points to Jolteon.

"Yes." I say.

"Holy shit, Jade." Denki finally sees my bookshelves. "You weren't kidding about this thing being huge."

"I like to read." I shrug, pulling my new manga out of my bag and finding its spot on the shelf. It looks good there. "Do you guys want to ... play video games or something? I mean, all I have is a Wii and my Switch, but I have some games that work."

"I haven't played a Wii in forever!" Denki gasps.

"I would be okay with playing on the Wii." Iida comments.

"Dope, dope." I kneel down, browsing through my games. "I have ... Mario Party, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., Just Dance, and Family Game Night."

"Family Game Night?" Iida asks. "What's that?"

"Oh, it's just some old board games turned into video game form. I think this one is Clue, Twister, Mouse Trap, Life, and some other stuff."

"That sounds interesting. Kaminari, what do you think?"

"I'm down." I hear Denki jump up onto my bed.

"Let me put it in. I think I just replaced the batteries in my Wii-motes, so we're all good." I put the disc in the Wii and grab three of my remotes, a pink one for myself, a blue one for Iida, and a yellow one for Denki.

Iida carefully sits at the foot of my bed. "Your bed is very soft, Cooke."

"That's actually the eight million blankets." I say as I sit between the two boys. "We have the top sheet, a heated blanket, the comforter, and then about six throw blankets on top. I get cold sometimes."

Once the game is up and ready to go, we try to settle on a game to play first. Clue is the first on the docket. We start out very civil, until Iida starts to pull ahead of us. Hana has taken to jumping into each person's lap to get as much attention from as many people as possible. Denki and I have taken to insinuating that Iida is the murderer. By the time that Iida finds out it was Scarlet with the rope in the observatory, Denki and I have hatched a full blown conspiracy theory that Iida was in cahoots with Scarlet to kill the host.

After Clue, comes the Game of Life, which I win pretty easily. Next up is Mouse Trap, and at this point, the three of us are at each other's throats.

"I will end your entire bloodline, Denki Kaminari." I turn my head slowly to look at he drops the cage on my little character. "I am so dead serious right now."

"Oh no, I'm so scared." Denki laughs as Hana jumps into his lap.

"Roll your dice and move bitch."

Iida shifts next to me, pulling his knee up to his chest. "Cooke, I was unaware of how bloodthirsty you could be until playing a video game."
