Teen Wolf

I finally made it Beacon hills within an hour. I was walking into the apartment complex, once I got off the elevator, I walked towards the door. I took my shoes off to be quieter.

I was trying to sneak back into the apartment without my dad knowing. I have been gone for a day now and I haven't messaged anyone, no matter how many times they messaged me and called me.

I was walking through the front door, when I heard someone from the kitchen clear their throat. Shit. I walked into the kitchen to see my dad at the table with a cup of coffee.

"Do you have any idea how late it is, or the fact that you've been gone for a day and haven't messaged anyone? Do you know how much trouble you're in young lady." He says. He stands up and puts his coffee down in the sink. "So, where the hell have you been?" he asks, harshly.

"Around the city. I haven't really been out so I thought I would look around." I lied.

"Hm, well maybe next time, say something. What did you even do?"

"Walked around, looking into shops and museum's and everything." I lied.

"Hm, I have something for you." he goes to the counter a grabs and zip lock bag, he takes out the contents of it and goes to hand it to me. Vervain. "It's an herp called vervain, it can help with anxiety and everything."

Shit, what the hell was I going to say, I can't touch it. "Oh, well. I'm not really a big herp person. So, no thanks. Also, now that I think of it, I'm really tired so I'm going to go to bed now. Good night." And with that I'm leaving the kitchen. I can hear my dad mutter, what the fuck, under his breath but I don't register it or anything.

All I could think about for the next hour was how my dad tried to give me vervain, does he know about me? Is he getting suspicious? Does he know about my time in Beacon Hills? All these thoughts kept running through my dead until I eventually fell asleep. Waiting for the day to come tomorrow.
