I was sitting on the table watching as Elena, Caroline, Bonnie, and Tyler were setting up the mousetraps.

"You know you could help Cassie." Caroline said annoyed trying to get the trap perfect.

"I'm not even a senior. and I'm not even going to this school this year." I said rolling my eyes at her.

"That doesn't mean you can't help. This is your last night with us before you are you going back to Beacon Hills. I want to make the most of it." The blonde said standing up to grab another mousetrap.

"Yeah Cass, If I have to do it than so do you." Elena said handing me a mousetrap.

I sigh in annoyance and grab the trap and start setting it up. I was about to get it perfectly when the lights get turned on and all of the mousetraps get set off and I look up to see Matt standing in the doorway.

"Matt, I swear to fucking god. Do you know how long this took to set up." I said throwing the mousetrap in my hand at the wall next to him.

"Cass, you barley even did anything." Caroline said looking towards me in annoyance.

"Let me guess, you forgot about senior prank night." Tyler said.

"Yeah, I guess it didn't really cross my mind." Matt said looking around at the traps he set off. He finally looks up to scan the room and his eyes lay on me. "Cass, what the hell are you doing here? You're not even a senior and aren't you leaving?"

"I'm not leaving until tomorrow and Caroline dragged me here."

"Oh, what is the matter with all of you. Were about to be seniors. These are the memories that'll stay with is forever and if." Caroline starts

"And if we don't create these memories now then what's the point." Elena finishes the sentence as we've all heard it multiple times.

Tyler leaves the room saying he's got two more rooms to do. Elena starts leaving as well.

"Hey where are you going." I asked walking towards her.

"Super gluing Alaric's desk shut. I'm making memories." she said jiggling the super glue in her hand. "Oh, I wanna come. Wanna be a pain in his ass while I'm still here." I said, joining Elena.

Elena and I start walking to Alaric's room passing Tyler who was giving instructions and handing things over to other students. We were talking about the new school year and what's to come when we go through double doors and turn to the right and see Klaus Miklaeson in the flesh.

"There's my girl." Klaus says with his British accent. "Klaus" is all Elena can say before I get in-between them. Motus, I muttered under my breath and Klaus went flying. "Elena run, go find Caroline. I can take care of him. And call Damon." I look to her, and she goes running doing as I told her to.

I look back at Klaus to see he's not there anymore. I turn around in the direction that Elena ran, and hands instantly find their way around my neck. Klaus was in front of me chocking me. "God, I hate witches."

"Lucky for you than, because I'm not just a witch." I said, struggling to breath. I grab his wrist and break his wrist and kick him hard sending him flying into the lockers behind us. "I'm also a vampire. I guess I'm kinda like you, just not a werewolf." I said walking over to him.

Klaus looks back up and I can see the confusion in his eyes. "You're like me?" he asked. "Your different." he says getting up. I slightly raise my hand at the ready in case he thinks of doing something.

"I mean I guess yea." I spoke. He stalks over to me real slow. The confusion in his eyes still there, like he can't quite figure out what to do with me. He was about to say something when I felt hands around my neck and the next thing you know blackness.

I wake up in my bed back at the Salvatore boarding house and see Damon lying beside me reading a book.

"Well good morning sleeping beauty. You've been out for quite a while." He said tossing the book to the nightstand beside him and turning to look at me on his side. "Thought you were never going to wake up."

"Damon what happened." I asked sitting up, Damon doing as well. I turn to him sitting crisscrossed.

"Rebekha, Klaus's sister snapped your neck." he said tucking some of my hair behind my ear.

"No, I mean after I died."

"Oh well to sum it up Klaus killed Tyler, but he feed him his blood, so he turned into a hybrid after feeding off of Elenas blood. Then Klaus made Stefan turn his humanity off." he said caressing my face to calm me down.

"Wait but why Elenas blood. Why couldn't it have been anyone's blood." I asked leaning into the touch. "Because Elena is supposed to be dead, and now that she's not her blood is the key for Klaus to make his hybrids. Now I'd love to chat more about this with you but you have a plan to catch in 5 hours and you're not even packed." He started to leave the room when I call his name.

"What's up flower?" He asked turning back around. I smile at the nickname he gave me since he first time he met me.

"There was something about Klaus. When he found out that I was more than one supernatural creature like him. He was almost confused, like he didn't know what to do with me." I said looking over to the blue-eyed vampire.

"Cass, don't read too much into it. I'm sure it was nothing. Now please get ready for your flight. Everyone should be here I'm 3 hours to say goodbye before we gotta leave for the airport. Do you know what you're going to do about your blood situation?"

"I was thinking about running by the blood bank before I go to my house." I said finally getting up and walking towards my closet in the big room Damon gave me. You see I moved in with them when Klaus inhabited Alaric's body and I stayed here ever since. He hasn't really been at his A game since Jenna's death but who can blame him.

"That's a good idea. Just make sure your quick and if someone see's you compelle them." he says walking towards my door to leave. "I know Damon. I'm not a newbie vampire." I said annoyed.

"No but I want to make sure you're going to be ok being in a new town as a vampire. Especially with how your family is."

"I know. Thank you, Dee."
