The Quiet One

Travel day

I woke up the next morning to my alarm blaring next to me, i moved and turned my alarm off to see that it was half 8, i sighed and sat up in bed i looked at saw Leah was awake well nearly.

"morning" she whispered.

"morning" i said and got out of bed and went to get ready. i walked out of the bathroom to see Leah shirtless putting on some shorts, i walked up behind her and wrapped my arms around her and kissed the back of her neck.

"You know we are going to have to talk about us" she said turning in my arms.

"Yeah, since we didn't do much talking yesterday" i smiled and she laughed.

we continued to get ready and then walked down for breakfast running into Ella and Alessia as they were running around like headless chickens as always. we all walked down together and i grabbed my food and sat down. we all ate and then we got briefed by Sarina about what today and then we all left doing last minutes things before we set off, i grabbed my stuff and then grabbed myself a coffee and then went onto the bus where the media people where and i waved getting on the bus.

i was one of the last people on the bus but i got my own two seats to myself and we set off, it was also Oskars last ever exam and day at school so i was talking to him, making sure he was ready.

"Jae" i heard my name be called, i looked up from my seat to see it was Ella who shouted my name.

"isn't it your brothers last day today" she asked.

"Yeah, he's just gone into his last exam" i said.

"Is he gonna come to the game tomorrow" she asked.

"i don't know yet i think he might come down with his friends i don't know i will have to ask him when he comes out of the exam" i said and went back to my phone.

i was laying across both the two seats and someone moved my feet and sat down.

"You know that my mum is going to the game tomorrow why doesn't she take Oskar with them and i know that you have nobody to take him to the upcoming games anymore so why not have my mum do it" Leah said.

"you'd really do that" i asked.

"of course, you need help and your practically family at this point and as Jacob said it would help him from being alone and there quite close so that's always a bonus i guess" she said to me.

"You are amazing you know that" i said.

"i know anyway thought we could talk" she said widening her eyes.

"Yeah, might as well we have what 3 and a half more hours left" i said.

"So, i want this i want us obviously just not out in the open i guess obviously with the euros and the pressure and all the eyes on us and the rumours." Leah said and i cut her off.

"You don't want people judging your performance but also your personal life on top of that" i said and she nodded.

"i get it and its totally understandable and if you want to keep it under wraps for however long I'm total up for that along as i have you by my side I'm not bothered I'm in the same boat as you and when you're ready to tell people I'm sure we can come up with something" i said kissing her hand.

"you're so easy to talk to your amazing" she said with a smile.

"i try my best" i said.

we all talked for the rest of the trip, we finally made it to the hotel and got off the bus and into the hotel. we were given our room keys and as normal i was rooming with Leah. we both went up to our rooms to get our stuff sorted and then we went back down because we had to go to training.

Once we arrived at the stadium and as always greeted by the media team and their cameras as we walked onto the field to do some training. training went as good as it possibly could nut megging people including Leah once again causing a hassle with everyone oohing.

we got changed and made it back to the hotel and went up to my room, i fell on to my bed exhausted, i knew i had a while before dinner and team bonding that everyone had decided on the way back from training which i knew that meant we all had to watch love island which i was not into but i knew i would be dragged down by Ella even if I said no. i opened up my phone and finally got to talk to Oskar about how his day was and about the game tomorrow and he was buzzing as always, we didn't talk much since he was at his end of school party with all his pals so i wanted him to have fun, i also put a posted about it on Instagram about how proud I was off him.

i put my phone down and decided to get as much sleep as much as possible before it was time for dinner, i got out of my clothes left in my underwear and got under the covers falling asleep almost straight away. during my nap I had someone come and joined me without waking me up or having me stir in any way.

i woke up a couple of hours later to knocking on the room door. i got out of bed making sure Leah was somewhat covered, put some shorts on and opened the door to see Beth standing there.

"How can i help you" i asked putting my head on the door framed and yawned.

"it's almost time for dinner and you two where the only once missing so i thought i would come find you" she said.

"Yeah, we'll be done in a minute" i said.

"Where is Leah" she asked.

"Sleeping we both have been" i said.

"Fair enough see you in a minute" she said and i nodded and closed the door, i walked back into the room signing and went to go wake Leah up.

"lee" i said kissing her cheek making her stir but not wake up.

"Come on we have to get ready for dinner" i said and she opened her eyes.

"Couple more minutes" she said and fell back to sleep.

"5 and then if you don't wake up, I'll pour water on you" i said and she closed her eyes falling back to sleep. i got up and started to get ready just chucking on a black Nike tracksuit and some sliders. i then tried to wake Leah which didn't go to plan.

i put my hand under the quilt and started to rub her thigh i whispered in her ear "you going to wake up hmm"

"Why what you gonna do" she whispered.

"The quicker you get up the quicker we can eat and do team bonding and then come back up here and then who knows" i whispered in her ear.

"Is that so" she said sitting up.

"Maybe you'll have to get out of bed to find out" i said raising my eyebrows and she smirked.

"Come on don't want Ella to come in and drag us out" i said and stood up and she finally got out of bed.

we walked down the stairs after Leah got dressed and everyone was walking into the cafeteria of the hotel and we got food and all sat around eating, once we ate food we went into Ella and Alessias room where we were going to watch the show, thankfully it was quite a large room, so we were all able to sit around comfortably. i was sat on a bed with Leah and Beth both beside me and a blanket on top of me.

watching the show dragged like mad but then again, the drama was hilarious, it was 3/4 into the show and Leah tarted to get handsy, i looked towards her and smirked "watch it" i said and she looked at me all innocent.

"what" she said.

"You know what" i said and carried on watching the show. once it had ended, we all left Ella's room and we walked down to our room. Leah walked into the room first and i after i locked the door and turned around to see Leah staring at me.

"what's up" i said.

"You owe me something" she said.

"Do i now" i said walking towards me and she put her arm around my neck.

"Yeh, you do" she said and i walked her towards the bed and let her fall on it.

"Well i guess i should give you it shouldn't i" i said crawling on top of her and kissing her.

"yes" she said.
