I stretched in a long and comfortable stretch while yawning big. It felt as if I was sleeping on a fluffy cloud of feathers and wrapped in the cosiest of duvets there is! I had it pulled all way up to my chin and the pillow felt so fluffy; my head almost disappearing down in it.

Mike must have made the bed with new sheets while I was at Hookhill. He used to make the beds. He claims I'm too sloppy. I didn't think much about it yesterday when I came home after work so I could have missed it.

I smiled to myself as I yawned loudly once more, still without opening my drowsy eyes. I felt typical hung-over and tired, but at the same time safe and warm. I could lie here all day! It was Saturday anyway, and I was free for the weekend. What did it matter if I spent the whole day cuddled in bed? It wasn't like we had other plans I can think of.

Mike and I... Mike. We had gone out and danced at the club. It was a rave theme and it had been so much fun! Pete let us pass the whole line outside the club. Was there anyone else at the dance floor who I knew?

I pondered for a while. Pamela, yes Pamela and Jim were there. We had danced together and... It's a bit fuzzy cause I don't remember exactly everything from yesterday. Had the drinks been that strong?

I tried to remember how much we drank at home before we went out. Reed let me quit earlier after asking me out about the club. He had claimed how raves could be dangerous, and I had laughed, calling him a pussy.

At home, Mike and I had played games, drinking some beer and drinks. But what happened after that? In the club? No, I didn't remember. Frustrated, I frowned.

"Mike?" I mumbled as I cuddled under the duvet. "Mike, is it morning yet? I don't want it, I'm tired. But my bed is comfy though! You did a great job!"

He didn't answer. However, I felt the sunrays tease my eyes and I wrinkled my nose in annoyance.

"Mike! You're closest to the window; pull down the blinds! Let's hibernate until Monday!"

But Mike didn't answer now either, not even his usual morning grunts. He could be kind of angry in the mornings if someone woke him up, especially after a night out.

"...Mike?"

Reluctantly, I opened one eye. I was greeted by a red canopy bed with thick velvet fabric. I frowned surprised. It shimmered with gold threads in it. It was beautiful. I let my eyes swipe around me and saw four corner posts in dark wood with curtains attached to them.

I was lying in a fucking four poster bed. With fabrics, tassels, and everything! My duvet was thick and in the same dark red shade as the velvet fabric. And the bed was... yeah like fucking HUGE!

"Mike? Mike..." I snickered. "Are we at Hogwarts or something? Cause it sure looks like it! It looks like we're in Gryffindor's dormitory." I moaned disappointed. "Meh, I'm a Hufflepuff! Mike why didn't you say anything about it?"

I was barely awake, so could this be a dream? Did I lucid dreaming? I rubbed my eyes tiredly and sighed before looking around.

"Oh."

Mike wasn't there and I wasn't at home. I pulled myself up into a slightly more sitting position as I looked around the unknown room. It had dark panelled walls and dark wooden floors covered with various animal skins such as a bearskin. A huge dresser, a floor mirror, and a drawer.

There was a room divider; that old-fashioned kind behind which you usually changed clothes. A pair of neon tights and pink shorts hung over it along with a white crop top.

I lifted the duvet lightly and looked down at myself, afraid I would be completely naked in this unfamiliar bed. But I was wearing my boxers, hallelujah!
