you all went from roof to roof, in an attempt to get closer to eren, yet, the marleyan army kept shooting at you. there were too many of them surrounding the whole place. your eyes fell on the jaw titan, who ran straight to eren.
the beast titan threw rocks, hitting it and making it unable to move. smoke came from another side of the wall, making it difficult for you to see what was going on. you caught glimpses of a skeleton and you realized that the cart titan was defeated.
a loud gunshot was heard and zeke was falling from the wall, seconds later. your eyes widened as you watched him make impact with the ground.
'turns out the cart wasn't defeated'
"mikasa, armin! deal with the cart titan"
"me, connie and y/n will take care of reiner and the jaw titan" jean said.
"okay!" the duo said, before they left the three of you.
"i'm gonna keep an eye on you, and protect you if anything happens, okay?" jean said, placing his hands on your shoulders.
"me too!" connie said, patting your head.
"okay. thank you"
the three of you flew towards the three titans, killing everyone who got in your way. soon, the place was filled with hundreds of yellow flashes, as the beast titan screamed.
without looking back, you rushed to where the armored titan was, noticing the hardened skin of eren's titan. eren got out of his titan and started running away and towards the fallen beast titan.
you and jean fired your thunder spears on reiner's hand, helping eren escape. his eyes locked on yours, as you flew from roof to roof- to make sure he'd reach zeke safely.
what you didn't expect to see was gabi, a huge riffle in her hands, ready to fire at eren. you rushed to the ground and started running towards her, in an attempt to prevent her from pulling the trigger.
you were only mere meters away from her when she shot, making a huge bullet pierce eren's neck which sent his head flying. you looked at the scene with wide eyes, as you screamed out his name.
you stood there, watching his head come in contact with zeke's extended hand. seconds later, a clear thing, that looked like a centipede, attached itself on eren's head and body.
the whole ground shook, making you lose your balance, before the wall next to you started breaking. you looked at the girl some meters away from you, and the hundreds of collosal titans that broke free.
"get away from here!" you said, loud enough so she could hear you.
she looked at you, before she started running towards reiner. you had lost sight of jean and connie, and you couldn't even get up from the pain in your abdomen.
