I woke up to Evie talking with Sy'Rai

Evie - you're finally awake

She kissed me.

Silas - you woke me up in the middle of the night to have s-

She covered my mouth

Evie - there's a child present.

My mom walked in.

Sophia- if anybody is hungry, I made breakfast.

Silas - okay mama

Sophia - good morning Geneviève

Evie - good morning

I got up and got dressed.

I came downstairs and saw Evie , Sy'Rai and my mom eating.

Evie - Si can you do me favor and go in my bag, in the side pocket and grab one of my scarves. Rai wants to try it on.

I went back in my room and went in the side pocket and felt a small bag. I picked the bag and saw pills.

I sighed and grabbed the scarf.

Evie came to the door.

Evie - did you find th- what's wrong?

I threw the bag at her.

Silas - what the hell is this?

She looked at the bag.

Evie - that's not mine

Silas - it was in your bag so.....

Evie - Silas I swear I haven't taken any drugs in the last month.

Silas - why is this in your bag then Geneviève? Huh?

Evie - I don't know. Maybe your mom-

Silas - now you dragging her into it because you fucked up.

Evie - she did. I'll even take a drug test to prove , I'm innocent.

Silas - alright let's go

In the car, it was total silence. Silas wouldn't even look at me.

Evie - Si please believe me

Silas - we'll see what the drug test says

Evie - but I'm telling you-

Silas scrolled on his phone as we awaited the test results. I'm not nervous because I have nothing to worry about . I've been clean for a month.

The doctor walked in.

Doctor - Ms. Rinaldi you failed the drug test. We found small amounts of fentanyl in your system.

Evie - I haven't taken fentanyl in the last month. You have to redo the test.

Doctor - we tested you multiple times and it's the same thing

She showed me the results.

The doctor walked out.

Silas - I want you gone.

Evie - Silas she must've drugged me this morning , she made me breakfast and she probably put it in the food. I would never sabotage myself like that. She has a suit case full of drugs in her room

Silas - like I believe that. You just failed the drug test

Evie - I'll show you.

I grabbed the suitcase under her bed and opened it.

Silas - I don't see anything , just clothes.

Evie - she must've move it.

Silas - get out

Evie - Silas I wouldn't lie to you

Silas - Obviously you would, I don't see the drugs and you failed the drug test. You really think after that ima sit here and believe you , a drug addict over my own mama

My eyes watered.

Evie - who's been consistent though. I've been here everyday and she only got here a few weeks ago and you take her side , just like that. She abandoned you.

Silas - Geneviève get out

Evie -  Si

Silas - GET OUT

I quickly grabbed my stuff and walked out.

I called Liv,  Scott and my dad but they didn't answer.

I'll just find my way home

30 minutes later, I made it home and saw nobody there. I walked in the house and went in my room.

I choked back tears and  I looked at Silas's hoodie sitting on my bed. That lady really sabotaged my relationship because she didn't like me.  I believe she did drug me.

My mom walked in the house and sat down.

Sophia - Silas what's wrong?

Silas - I found out Evie was still using. She Ben accused you of drugging her and having a suitcase full of drugs.

Sophia - the girl is crazy.

Silas -   We're done now anyway.

Sophia - I know this is soon but I really want you and Sy'Rai  to move to Houston with me.

Silas - it's the middle of the year.

Sophia - it's just something to think about. Okay. I won't move right away.

Silas - alright

Sophia - listen Silas I know you really liked her, but come on, she couldn't even stop doing drugs for you. You know Amira right?

Silas - yeah

Sophia - be with her. She's much more your type.

Silas - I need a minute

I walked in my room and saw Evie's sobriety chip by my bed. I picked it up and sat it on my dresser.

I can't believe she lied to me.
