I looked at Silas as he slept. He stayed up last night painting Emmy's room and getting her room ready and we basically have everything we need because of Scott, my dad, and Liv but Silas is still getting stuff.
I pushed his hair out of his face.
He slowly opened his eyes and kissed me.
Silas - good morning beautiful
Evie - good morning baby.
Emmy kicked at him.
Silas - good morning baby girl. Daddy didn't forget about you
He rubbed my belly and kissed it.
Silas - you know daddy's voice now don't you?
Every time he talks to her she kicks.
Silas - let's have another one
Evie - I haven't even pushed out this one and you want another one. You getting greedy.
Silas - I want another daughter and one son.
Evie - in order for you to get that, I need a ring.
Silas - that ain't no problem. I've been all in since I met you , but you're waiting a few years
Evie - and you'll be waiting a few years to get me pregnant again.

Silas - you saying that like I wasn't in between your legs last night
Evie - your face was in between my legs.
Silas - I gotta get it anyway I can.

Silas - Salem do you hear how your mother is speaking to me
Evie - because you want more kids. Salem wants to be an only child right now.
Silas - I'm planning for the future so she isn't spoiled.
Evie - that ship has sailed. You been buying nonstop since we found out she was a girl.
Silas - I'ma have such a beautiful baby girl. She gonna look like you
Evie - judging from the ultrasound pictures. She looks like you. All I did was carry her , this girl has your whole face.
Sy'Rai walked in.
Rai - Silas
Silas - yes Rai
SyRai- it's a package outside for you
He got up and walked out.
Sy'Rai got in the bed next to me
SyRai - Evie?
Evie - Sy'Rai
SyRai - do you love my brother?
Evie - yes
Sy'Rai - when are y'all getting married
Evie - I don't know. Me and your brother are backwards and not like normal relationships. Most people wouldn't care this much about drug addicts.
Sy'Rai - you haven't taken any medicine in months though
Evie - I know and that's really good .
Silas walked in
Sy'Rai - when you was drugs what did it feel like?
Silas - Rai enough
Evie - she's okay. I don't know, it made me forget all of stuff. I've had a lot of bad things happen since I was 12 years old.
