A few hours had passed since the two had done what couldn't be forgotten, and they were now in their pjs and laying in Holly's bed spooning. Neither of them were really talking, they were just enjoying each other's company.

"Holly?" Toby spoke, stroking Holly's hair. "Yeah?" She responded, a tinge of confusion in her voice.

"I want you to know that I really did miss you. I know lately I've been really bad at expressing it, especially compared to Henry, but I missed you." Holly went to interrupt him, but he politely cut her off. "I know you don't like talking about it, but I kinda need to. I just need you to know." Holly went silent, nodding her head and allowing him to speak freely.

"If I'm being completely honest with you, I didn't take the whole situation as good as I lead everyone off to believe." He started, sighing deeply, "When you left, I actually became quite depressed. At one point, I even stopped showing up to school because I just couldn't cope. My family sort of got sick of it, which is when they started pressuring me to get a girlfriend." Holly then turned around to face him. "I'm not proud of it, but I only really dated her because she was the only girl whoever remotely resembled you."

Holly stayed silent, but she seemed shocked at his confession. "Henry used to tell me I didn't care enough that you were gone, or he'd say I was trying to replace you with Bella, but none of that was true. I just coped differently than he did. I was miserable without you, Holly."

This had never happened before in front of Holly, but a tear made its way down Toby's face. Holly knew nothing she could say would ever make him feel better, so she just hugged him tightly. She felt guilty that she had made him feel like this, but she knew this wasn't about her.

She gave him a soft kiss on the forehead before whispering. "I'm here now, and I promise I won't leave you again." Toby let out a smile. "Thank you, and please don't tell Henry you saw me cry. We both know I'd never hear the end of it." Holly nodded in agreement and made a lip zipping gesture to confirm her loyalty.

~time skip to morning~

It was now morning, and Holly had woken up first. She looked at Toby and decided she'd make a few modifications to him.

Toby woke up an hour or so later, and Holly just lay in bed on her phone. The two exchanged good morning and casual small talk before Toby went into the bathroom to void his bladder. Within ten seconds of Toby leaving the room, Holly heard a yell. She giggled to herself and a few minutes later Toby came storming back into the room with an extremely infuriated expression. "Holly, what in the actual fuck is wrong with you?!" He questioned, pointing to his eyebrows.

A few months ago, Toby had gotten rid of his monobrow, and Holly had noticed that after resuming their friendship, so, she thought it would be a great idea to restore Toby to his former glory.

"Nothing!! I just really missed Mono-man and decided he needed to make his comeback era!" She explained, making a series of gestures to emphasise her point. "This is not fucking funny, Holly!" He stressed, attempting to rub the marker off of his face. However, his efforts went in vain. In fact, it just made things even worse. Holly laughed harder, which caused Toby to shoot her a perplexed look. She couldn't manage to speak, so she just pointed to the bathroom as she wheezed.

Toby ran worriedly into the bathroom and threw a fit when he saw it. When he tried to rub the marker off of his face, it had just smudged the still wet ink all over his forehead. Toby figured that the only way to get back at her was to fight fire with fire. He walked back into Hollys room and discreetly grabbed the sharpie that lay on her tallboy. He quickly jumped onto the bed and grabbed Holly as he tried to draw on her.

"What the fuck are you doing?!" She squealed, still in a fit of laughter. "Well, you wanted to bring back my mono brow? Well let's accentuate that already existing moustache of yours!" He howled loudly as he tried to draw a moustache on her, only to fail miserably. Instead of having a fully formed moustache, she had multiple lines of black scattered across her face.

"Toby I look like a fucking shitty art activity a three year old could've done!" She complained as she looked at herself through the camera in her phone. "Oh, so no different than usual?" Toby teased, looking at her with a satisfied expression. Holly rolled her eyes and scoffed. "You talk a big game for someone who still uses fucking 3-1 shower products. I mean, you could rub a big mac all over yourself and have better skin than you do now!" She cackled as Toby started to chase her around her room.
