Mr O'Donovan sat at his desk, reading the morning announcements to the class. "Okay, and lastly, this Friday, the school will be hosting a sleep out. Entry is $15."

Within a matter of seconds, the class was filled with chatter. Holly seemed intrigued by this event and turned to her desk partner and close friend, Taiya. "Are you gonna go to the sleep out?" She quizzed. Taiya took a brush and started to groom her purple tipped brunette hair as she pondered. "Hell yeah! Are you?" If Taiya was going, then of course Holly was going to go. "Of course it'll be so fun!"

Henry tapped Holly on the back, trying to get her attention in the same way he did back in hass the other day. "You going to this thing?"

Holly turned to him, a slight smile plastered on her face. "Yeah of course, what about you?"

Henry though about it for a moment. "I might, sounds like a pretty chill night."He said with a nod.

"Cool, hope to see you there." Holly smiled faintly before turning back to the front of the class.

The teacher was taking about creative essays, and the proper structure in which you craft them, and Holly was taking notes, when an unprovoked screeching noise came from around the left side of the room. It kind of sounded like nails on a chalkboard. When Holly looked over, she expected to see one of the boys dragging something against the desks, but instead, it was something entirely different.

Tianah and Emily.

Holly snuck her phone out for a second, shooting Tianah a simple message.

H: "What in the actual fuck are you two cackling about?!"

Tianah felt the vibration of her phone in the pocket of her black Sangwoo hoodie, and checked the notification.

T: "OMG NO BC EMILY AND I WERE JUST THINKING ABOUT SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED IN SCIENCE LOL"

Holly scoffed humorously as she locked her phone and refocused her attention on the board. Even though she loved Tianah, she could still be very disruptive in class, and it kind of pissed Holly off. Holly loved Tianah, but she had the mind of a 3 year old on crack.

Not long after. Toby stood up from his desk and walked over to Henry. "Hey bro, are you planning on going to the sleep out this Friday?" Henry responded with a nod. "Cool see you there." Subsequently, Toby turned to Holly. "Hey, what about you? Do you plan on going?" It took him a few tries to successfully get her attention. She turned to him, a neutral expression on her face. "Yeah, I will be, not that it's any of your business." She tittered. He scoffed, rolling his eyes as he walked back to his seat. Holly put her head down and worked for the rest of the lesson

Toby was sitting with Henry at one of the benches near the school canteen. He seemed to be complaining about something. "Ugh, that was some fucking bullshit aye-"

Before he could continue with his rant, Holly walked up to them, greeting Henry almost immediately. Toby did not look impressed. "Oh look who it is! Perth's most uptight little snob!" Holly looked at him, sort of dazed and confused. "What's this about?" She questioned. He turned to her, he looked like his eyes were going to pop out of his head. "This is about you being an absolute cunt of a person every time I talk to you!" He vented. Holly looked at Henry awkwardly, not knowing what to say. Henry gave her a look as if to say: "Man, I'm just as confused as you are."

At this point, Holly started to feel a short wave of guilt through her body. She looked up at Toby. "I'm sorry if what I said offended you. I was just having a joke, but I guess I took it a little too far. I'm sorry." His facial expression immediately changed. He seemed to be almost.... happy?

Toby walked up to Holly, placing a hand on her shoulder. "Look, we're all good, honestly what you said didn't even hurt me that much, I just like pulling the piss sometimes." He stated. Henry seemed more relaxed now as well. For the rest of lunch, Holly sat with the two boys. They told tons of jokes, shit talked people and had some pretty cool conversations.

Holly walked into class, and sat herself down at her allocated spot, next to her friend Taylor. "Where were you at lunch?" The pink haired girl asked. "Nowhere, I was just hanging out with Henry and Toby." Taylor looked shocked. "Those idiots, really?" Holly was immediately offended at the insinuation. "Yeah, what's wrong with them?" The girl gave Holly a sly look. "Nothing, I'm just suggesting that you watch your back. You don't know what they're really like." Hearing that stuff about her new friends actually kind of offended Holly, but she wasn't one to make waves, so she just left it.
