I had a suggestion to chose a extra chapter for my birthday so here it is extra upload

I reentered the house after doing my chores around the far and grabbed myself a glass of water . Then I removed my boots and made my way over to the sofa switching it on and resting back. Mom came in from upstairs with the laundry hamper.

"You get everything done?" Mom asks

"Yeah." I call back not taking my eyes from the TV and watching Sabrina the teenage witch. I downed half of the water and exhaled

"Chloe dropped these off before leaving with Clark." Mom came and sat next to me on the sofa. She held out a small envelope, I rested the water on the coffee table and then took the envelope from her. Opening up I saw there were pictures. But with a note on the front.

The Mia Shrine Collection - Chloe

"Lets see." I showed her the pictures laughing at the note "You look happy. It's sweet. How's Whitney's dad doing?"

"Hanging in there, not better but not worse either. He's start to take on more shifts at the store. I think he wants his Dad to sell it just so it doesn't become a ball and chain for him and his Mom." I answered tucking the pictures away

"Well at least he has you." she tucked some of my hair back "You're a good friend to him."

"Who'd have thought me friends with a football player. Chloe's right, news worthy." We started chuckling.

Clark had come in all flustered after going out riding with Lana and Chloe. Something had happened to Lana and when he went to go help her Kyle Tippet the local recluse over her. Clark scared him off but he borrowed Chloe camera to see if it picked anything up.

"What do you think happened, son?" Dad wondered rewinding the tape

"I don't know, but it doesn't look like he's trying to hurt her." Clark replied as I flipped through a magazine and chewing gum. Mom was the the phone to Lana's aunt asking how she was.

"Okay, Nell. Thanks, Bye." Mom hung up

"How's Lana?" Clark questioned

"A mild concussion. Other than that, she's fine." Mom answered. Well Lana live to be a pain in the ass another day. Yay for everyone.

"What about Nell." Dan wondered

"That's another story. She wants Clark to go to the police and say he saw Kyle spook Lana's horse and attack her." Mom added and I rolled my eyes Nell Potter was two slices sort of complete sanity and had a jealous streak for many reasons. She was worse than Lana and that was saying something.

"Bu that's not what i saw." Clark stated

"From Nell's tone. I don't think we've heard the end of this. Mom theorised and I had a feeling that she was correct.

"Did Kyle seem at all dangerous to you?" Dad questioned my brother

"He seemed scared"

"Who wouldn't be with your ugly mug screaming at them." I muttered slicing to another page "It's enough to scare anyone off."

"Mia." Dad sighs and I look up smiling at him

"Hi, Dad." I chime then went back to looking at the magazine. "It was an accident and they tend to happen there is no need to go all Scooby doo on something." I sigh

"Chloe said some surveyors were spooked last week and now us. I wonder if they're a connection." Clark thought out loud.

"Jonathan, you should go talk to Kyle. Get this cleared up." Dad nods and get's up agreeing and going to get his jacket. Clark stands as well.
