"[Y/N]-nee, what do you think of Loguetown so far?" Lumine asked. Her little legs swinging back and forth on her chair as she looked at you with sparkling eyes. You and Lumine were conversing a lot since the meals were served to you both.

You and the marine are currently inside the household of Lumine and her father, Allen. He closed his shop early just for you both to have dinner. You were opposed to that but he kept insisting even Smoker himself was annoyed by this.

"Let's just enjoy this, shall we?" You smiled at the stone-faced marine. He sighed, finally giving in as well.

Allen was a single father. His wife died years ago due to a terminal disease. Even without a mother, Lumine turned out to be a good and joyous girl and helped a lot in their shop. Quite a chatty girl and you enjoyed her adorable presence that you didn't mind how long you both have been conversing. You also shared some of your adventures- just when you had started sailing around the East Blue.

Allen softly smiled at the sight of his daughter conversing with you. He admits that once in a while, she needs to have a strong womanly figure she could look up to. He looked back at Smoker to talk to him more-well more like him doing the talking since the marine barely said anything.

"Minus the pirates, I say it's a pretty good town." You hummed.

"Did you explore the whole town? If not, I will give you an amazing tour tomorrow-" She was interrupted when her father fake cleared his throat to gain her attention.

"Lumi." Allen warned. He glanced at you and gave you an apologetic smile. "She might be busy so-"

You shook your head. "I don't mind. Although I have to do more shopping tomorrow, it's just a few things." You patted the little girl's head. "Find me somewhere in the town tomorrow and I'll gladly accept you as my tour guide." Lumine's smile widened when you had accepted her offer. She jumped off her seat and hugged you and squealed excitedly. "Thank you!" Her smile was contagious that you couldn't help but also hugged her tight.

Before you could continue, the sound of a chair screeching made all your attention turn to the smoking marine. He lit up one of his cigars from his coat. "It's getting late. Thank you for the meal."
