6 - first day of training

Once we are all parked up Beth leaves the car to make sure no one is left outside. Beth says she will see us at the meeting and she hurries long to Viv and Katie to hurry them along out the car park. Me and Leah then get out the car together and she takes me to Jonas's office so I can hide there till I am needed at the meeting. Leah then goes to the meeting room and sits down next to Beth.

As soon as Leah gets in the room Jonas announces that he has made one last signing before the season starts and says that they should all treat me nicely as I have just signed for the team last night but I am still under 18 so they should protect me. He then goes on to say that I am a very talented player and I have the ability to play for this team.
He announces my name and I jump into the room like a magician and say "ta-da." Everyone is so happy to see me as they all cant wait to see in person how good I am.

Me, Leah, Beth and a few other girls start in the gym together. I start on the treadmill by myself with my headphones in listening to music while Leah and Beth are on the bikes talking together. I cant hear anything other than my music and I am trapped in my thoughts. Meanwhile with Beth and Leah, they are talking about me.

"So Leah, what's going on between you two? Did you talk about the kiss yet?"
Beth asks Leah. Leah then replies blankly with just a red face.
"Why have you gone all red then?" Beth laughs.
Leah replies to Beth by saying is just the bike because she is working very hard. Beth then gives Leah the look.
Leah then finally admits that she likes me but tells Beth not to mention it to anyone because I probably don't like her back and she also adds that we wouldn't be allowed together anyway.
Beth completely cuts Leah off the last part and says that I like Leah even though I told Beth not to tell her. She tells Leah to talk to me about it.

By this time I have finished on the treadmill and I am walking over to Leah and Beth because they seem to be having a conversation without.
I interrupt their deep conversation by asking "tell who what?" Leah jumps at me saying behind her and Beth laughs.
She immediately says "nothing love" and shoots Beth a look to shut her up.
Leah rubs my shoulders and tells me she is gonna do weights. She asks if I want to join her and I say I will be there in a second.
I ask Beth what they were talking about and she tells me that Leah will tell me in her own time. I leave her and go and do weights with Leah. I get my weights and copy what Leah's doing. I then ask Leah what she was talking to Beth about because I am very nosy and Leah was going to tell me anyway so why not just tell me now.
She laughs and says it's a surprise for me when we get back home. This makes me smile and I have a big smile on for the rest of the gym session.

We all get called outside by Jonas to work on defending counter attacks. We get into pairs and I am with Leah as she wants to keep me safe. We start on the drills together but Beth pulls me away because she needs to talk to me so I ask what its about but she pulls me away too quick. She tells me that she found out Leah really likes me but that she wasn't supposed to tell me because Leah wanted it to be a secret. I thank Beth and go back to Leah to finish training off.

Once training has finished and everyone is ready to leave to go back home, Jonas asks to meet me in his office. Leah takes me there and says she will wait outside the door for me to finish. Jonas wants to know how my first training session went and how everyone is treating me. I tell him that I loved today and everyone is being really nice to me especially Leah. I leave Jonas's office as I have a lot of work to do from school. Leah catches me at the door and walks me out of the building with her hand grasping mine all the way to the car. As we walk out Leah tells me the surprise is waiting for me at home and that makes me smile from ear to ear. Beth is waiting in the car for us and hurries us into the car because we took a very long time.

As I get in Beth tells me that we look like a very cute couple if we were together.
I blush and sit down next to Leah while smiling at her, Leah asks "what?"
I reply "nothing" and sigh happily.
I rest my head on Leah's lap and fall asleep because I am exhausted from training and I still have to do more work. She starts to play with my hair and says to Beth that she thinks I look really cute when I am asleep. Beth laughs quietly and jokes with Leah about it most of the way home until Leah tells her to shut up or I will wake up.

When we reach the house Leah gently kisses my forehead which is still resting on her lap trying to wake me from my deep sleep. She takes my head from her lap with both her hands carefully and tells me its time to wake up and go inside. She smiles at me cutely as I open my eyes to stare into her loving eyes.
She grabs my hand and says I can go back to sleep when we are inside. I give her puppy dog eyes and I stick my bottom lip out.
I ask "Cuddles too?"
She laughs and says "yes you can have cuddles too but only cause your cute and I cant turn down ur adorable little face."
She takes my hand and carries me out of the car and inside because my legs were hurting.
