11 - another movie

I run off back upstairs to my room to see Leah again and tell her that she needs to pack her things. I open my door to see Leah sitting on my bed scrolling on her phone waiting for me to come back and give her hugs. I walk over to her and take her phone out of her hand so I can sit on her lap and give her cuddles. I hug her tightly which makes her say "Hey my love, what's up?" I blush and reply "Beth says dinner is almost ready and we need to pack our things for the game away tomorrow Le." I let go of her and get up so I can get in the shower and clean up from training. I get into Leah's shower and wash my body with her stuff because I don't have any with me and I wash my hair with her shampoo and conditioner too so I smell like her. I grab her spare towel from the rack and wrap it around myself to walk back to my room.

I get in my room and Leah is still cuddled in my bed waiting for me to return. I tell her that we both need to get ready and packed to go tomorrow and she should leave so I can get changed. She doesn't listen to me or move so I nudge her gently and she looks at me and smirks. I roll my eyes at her with a small smile on my face and say "fine you can stay but I'm stealing a pair of your comfy clothes and I'm going to wear them all night and there is nothing you can do about it." She laughs and reply's "ok you can take one pair but don't take my comfiest ones." I silently say "yes" and leave my room to go to Leah's and steal her clothes. I go into the drawer where she keeps all of her chilling clothes and pyjamas. I take out her green hoodie and her grey sweatpants which are her favourites and smell the most of her which is what I like about them. I run back to my room with the towel still around me and her clothes in my hands. I open my door and walk in with a big smile on my face and her clothes behind my back as I close the door which makes her look up at me. I show her the clothes I have borrowed from her forever and I chuckle to myself and bite my lip. She rolls her eyes and says with a smile on her face "Oh good, you brought me my favourite clothes to wear" then she quickly asks "what did you bring yourself to wear then love? Are you going to wear nothing? Oh I'd love that you know." I giggle and say "Nope, these are for me to wear forever" I press the clothes up to my face and add "I'm going to get changed now so you can either leave or stay and look away whilst I get changed."

She decides to stay so I face away from her and take the towel from around me so its easier to put on the hoodie. However, the towel slips from my body to the floor as I stand up straight before I manage to put the sweatpants on. I quickly pull the jumper down over my pants so she cant see them any longer than she already did. I hurriedly pull on the trousers, which are surprisingly softer than I thought, and I pick up my towel from the floor, fold it up and place it back in my bathroom. I turn around to face Leah with an embarrassed, bright red face and she has the biggest grin slapped across her face laughing silently. I look at my toes knowing she saw how embarrassed I was when I accidentally dropped the towel. I look up at her and she beckons me over to sit with her so I walk over and sit up close to her so our thighs are touching and snuffle my face into her chest and groan loudly which has been muted slightly. She runs her fingers through my still wet hair and reassures me by saying "hey, its ok. It happens to most people love, and there's nothing to be embarrassed about. I didn't even see that much." I look up at her with my head still pressed against her chest and ask "please can you not tell anyone Le?" She reply's by agreeing she wont tell anyone. I wrap both of my arms around her waist tightly and bury my head into her chest again breathing in her sweet scent as she strokes my thigh. I feel butterflies as I try not to smile too much.

Beth breaks it up by nearly screaming at us that our food is ready so we both go downstairs together ready to eat. I am all comfy in Leah's clothes breathing in her scent from them and I sit down on the edge of the table next to Leah beginning to eat the pasta salad that Beth made for our dinner. I thank her for the food but she asks where I got the clothes from so I tell her "I stole them from Leah and she is never getting them back ever again, never ever because they are very comfy!" Leah then joins in the conversation by replying "Oi! They are my favourites though." I shrug and return "Tough. Im keeping them and there's nothing you can do about it." I continue eating my food with a smile on my face and Leah places her hand on my thigh which gives me intense butterflies so I place my head on her shoulder but continue eating knowing she would get them too. Beth then laughs at us as we finish up dinner so Leah takes up the plates into the kitchen to wash up and escape Beth's torture. I get up to follow her but turn around to tell Beth "choose a movie to watch for tonight but make sure its nothing scary." I walk into the kitchen and hug Leah from behind her waist and rest my head on her shoulder while she washes up. I tell her that Beth is choosing a movie for tonight so she better hurry up or she wont be watching with us. She replies by saying "ok im almost done. Go sit down and ill be there in a sec." I go back into the living room and sit on the sofa with Beth and see that she has chosen the movie "grease". Leah walks in not to far behind me and sits up close to me and asks, as she places her hand around my back, "What movie are we watching?" I reply back to her "grease" as I cuddle up closer to her. Beth plays the movie telling us to be quiet because this is her favourite movie and she doesn't want us to spoil it for her. I look up at Leah and she looks down at me pressing a finger up against her lips to quieten me before she strokes my hair and goes back to watching the film.

After and hour of watching the movie I have drifted off to sleep still snuggled up against Leah, smiling. Beth then gets really excited and is about to squeal but Leah manages to keep her quiet by pointing at me to show her that I am asleep and she tells Beth "I don't want her to wake up, she looks like shes having a nice sleep." Leah grabs a blanket for me and wraps me up in it to keep me warm. The movie finishes and Beth has tears silently streaming down her face and I quietly say "I really do like her, with all of my heart even if she doesn't but I promise to take good care of her." Leah smiles and sarcastically asks Beth "oh – I wonder who shes talking about?" Beth rolls her eyes at her and replies "You. She's talking about you, Leah. She really does like you. I can tell by the way she looks at you, the way she talks to you, the way she does anything with you. She's in love with you." Leah looks at me and then looks back at Beth to say "I know. And I really like her too" and places a small kiss on my head. Beth replies "then make sure she knows that. I don't think she knows you like her too, that's all im saying."

Then, Leah carefully picks me up, cradling my head, and carries me to my room, gently places me down and tucks my duvet in, keeping me warm and well rested for the early morning tomorrow. Leah pops a small kiss on my forehead and leaves the room silently so she can get to sleep herself.

It gets to about 1 in the morning and I wake in a cold sweat, nervous for the game later. I get out of my bed, shaking, and slowly start walking out of my room and I head to Leah's, hoping she is awake. I quietly knock on her door but she doesn't answer so I quickly peek my head round the door to check on her and see that she is fast asleep. I walk over to her bed, quietly closing the door behind me, and get in her bed next to her so I can try and calm my nerves. She senses that I got in her bed so she rolls over to face me and she opens her eyes to stare into mine. She whispers, still cuddled up in her blanket, "What's wrong my love?" I reply, whilst trying to get under the covers with her, "cant sleep. I'm a bit nervous for the game tomorrow." She rubs my head gently and opens up the covers for me to slide into and says "aww, love, its ok. I was nervous too for my first game until I got onto the pitch and then I suddenly felt calmer." I cuddle up closer to Leah as she continues "you will do great love, I promise you." I kiss her on the cheek lightly and say "thanks Le. Also, I wanted to come and see you because I missed your warm cuddles." She smiles at me in reply "you are really needy, you know that." I smirk and whisper whilst closing my eyes "yep I know. I'm cold and tired now. Please can we go to sleep." She rolls her eyes at me but lets me snuggle closer into her chest and I fall asleep again, to Leah stroking my face with her thumb.
