'AYEEEE, MY BEST FRIEND'S FINALLY BACK AT TRAINING!!! MY PRECIOUS LITTLE BABY, THE GORGEOUS, ADORABLE, ANNOYINGLY HO-'

'Quiet, Gin' Trent said, looking both grateful and horrified at the same time. He entered the locker room, receiving a small round of applause from some of the boys. Number 7 sat at his locker, staring at his phone and not acknowledging the going ons.

'I missed you. I love you. You're the best. It hasn't been the same without you' Ginnivan said, running up and throwing his not broken arm around the older footballer's neck. 'You've been with me nearly every day for the past week, what are you talking about?' Trent asked moodily. He guilty glanced over at Josh Daicos, who still didn't look up.

'Welcome back, Trenna' Darcy Moore said, having a change of heart and hugging him. Trent froze up.

'Hope you're okay, mate' Jeremy Howe said, slapping him on the back.

'Congrats, papa-to-be. Love the new hair' Josh Carmichael said, referring to Trent's long, crazy curls. He'd hurriedly thrown half of his hair into a messy topknot, the annoying parts that clung to his face and got in his eyes. His mother had laughed at him on his way out. 'You look like a teenage me' she had said between breaths.

Trent brushed it off completely, thinking nothing of it. Papi was a common nickname for everyone around the club, for the boys. He just assumed Carmichael had meant he was going to be a future star.

'Shut up!' Jack Ginnivan whispered loudly, through gritted teeth. Carmichael's eyes widened, as he came to the realisation that Trent still didn't know.

'Oh, you're back' Brayden Maynard said, looking very surprised. He patted Trent's shoulder. 'We've all been so worried about you' he added. Trent glanced down at the floor. How come it felt like nobody was worried before he'd tried to unalive himself?

Jordan De Goey trailed in behind Bruzzie, raising his eyebrows in shock seeing Trent standing there, almost not recognising him.

Trent annoyedly sighed and turned his back on De Goey, storming out.

'Wait, TREEENNNTTT!' Ginnivan yelled, running out and chasing him down the corridor. 'Oh good god' Jordan Roughead muttered, quickly stepping back into the kitchen and lifting up his coffee before Ginnivan knocked into him, bolting past and jumping on his best mate.

'Really guys, it's too early for this. It's barely 9am' Jordan said, shaking his head and rolling his eyes. He quickly left the room, almost speeding down the corridor.

'Get off me please' Trent mumbled, trying to push Jack off and put him into a gentle tackle. Erin - the new employee who had everybody scratching their heads at what her actual job was - suddenly dropped her phone in shock, and broke into a huge smile.

'YOU'RE BACK!' She yelled, flooring it towards Trent. Still on the ground, he flinched and covered his head, preparing to be jumped on again. He didn't even know who she was.

'Please Erin, only I'm allowed to jump on him! And Amelia, but mainly me' Jack said, glaring at her. She ran straight past.

'Huh?' Trent uttered, looking around. They watched as she jumped into the arms of another player, also finally returning from his prolonged leave of absence.

'Hey Ez' Nick Daicos said, wrapping his arms around her too.

'Ashlyn looks different' Trent sarcastically remarked, standing up and pulling his best mate with him.

'That's not Ashlyn' Jack said, not understanding his sarcasm. Trent looked at him, mouth agape, in disappointment and shock. 'No, really?' He asked, again, sarcastically.
