A/N - I feel like this should be mentioned here, but most of these chapters/work and the storyline were written before Jack Ginnivan's drug saga had been outed. This chapter contains mention of racism and First Nations peoples, linking to an athlete who is not a First Nations person in reality, but only for the sake of the story. This person in real life has not claimed to be Indigenous, I repeat: it's just for awareness on abuse within the story. Thank you.

'I feel like I'm going insane'

Lotte Sullivan whispered this to herself while sifting through a very unorganised exercise book, coloured post it notes and highlights everywhere, desperately trying to find the one thing she'd been looking for all week. She just couldn't remember what it said, and she knew she needed it.

'You've been going through that thing all week, don't you think you should just ask someone else for help now?' Molly Carey asked, from where she stood at the front door, anxiously looking out. Lotte rolled her eyes and ignored her.
