Thanks to YouTube Short, I Hate This Music

Ahh, YouTube Short, who use this feature even TikTok has been existed for much long time than Short, Short much relatively younger than TikTok (duh) in term of short form content.

Why do YouTube even have this? Oh yeah, competition sake.

I've been heard that YouTube tried to push more short than normal video one, I've been encountered these ads that promoting YouTube Short.

I also wanted to talk about the problem with the Short itself, so yeah. I'm not just gonna ranting about the music i hate that always used on the Short, but also the Short itself.

So, what the music you talking about? What's the backstory of your villain arc of hating this music?

The music titled "World Smallest Violin" by AJR, i dunno who the hell these guys are. I'm sure they're famous for a band and have a plethora of music and album, i could get wrong. But i'm not here to talk about the band, the member or even their backstory.

This music, it's everywhere, especially in YouTube Short, (I dunno if it's commonly appears on TikTok, i never used that cursed application in my whole life) It's always used in Minecraft evolution type video, everytime i heard that line. i almost got jumpscared.

I dunno how many clip there are using this music, but it's really driving me crazy. Everytime i heard those "I blow up into smithereens" makes me pushed myself to become a suicide bomber (For a legal reason, it's a joke)

Unfortunately, there's no data of how many clip or video that using this music, unlike google. Showing how many result there are that featuring the search you wanted.

You will be like, ehh then don't use short, let people do whatever they want, etc.

Listen, do you want to get tortured by listening these type of music that always play on short or TikTok whatever it is? Do you want that? If you in this situation, you really want yourself to become crazy after listen to same song after you just watched those short video?!

If only YouTube has a block button to block certain music and sound, so i can scroll mindlessly on the short. Yipee.

Or maybe this is a sign that i shouldn't use Short in the first place to keep my sanity level stable, in fact,i'm already bit insane because of other stuff (I don't want to talk about it, you won't understand)

Whoever put that song on the video, need to put in electric chair.

Ok, enough rant about my hatred against this music.

Now let's talk about YouTube Short in general.

Short has its own problem, such as didn't giving huge growth for normal video, even if you got subscriber from the short, it has tiny chances to get more view for norma video, i saw one of the channel, Ali Koca. Only has around 6k views in normal vids but has lots of view in Short.

Which mean, if you put short, there's no guarantee you could get subscriber to watch your long form content, you probably gonna stuck with that.

Second, there's a short spam still creeping out there, uploading same short in one channel to get boost on their channel, of course it won't be effective, but it's annoying. As i write right now, i haven't encounter any short spammer channel, it's been awhile. So, probably YouTube already noticed it and taking action against it.

And then, someone asked for preference, it's like, do you want a short or not? Basically, people have a right to get recommended a short or not, not all people enjoying short. So there's supposed to be an option to show or not showing the short.

There's more thing i want to talk about Short, but maybe that's all about it for now, maybe there's gonna be a stupid short plague the recommendation, idk.
