On their drive back home, Raine decided to sit on the back. She was silent, fidgeting the ring on her finger. "Is everything alright?" Gelo asked, glancing from the rearview mirror. Raine just nodded, and the car ride was dead silent. Both of them dared to break it. Respecting her privacy, Gelo let her stay in the room whilst he slept on the couch outside. She laid there for hours wide awake. "That man..." Raine recalled, his eyes were the prettiest blue she'd ever seen. And although there was a great distance between them, when she saw him her heart skipped a beat. She knew who he was. "He's Bleu." Raine said to herself with certainty. While she had been regaining her memories with Gelo, she couldn't feel that those were about him. The feeling of nostalgia when reliving the memories with him were undeniable, but it was unfamiliar yet she knew everything to be familiar. "What have I done?!" Raine groaned, gripping at her chest. She pulled out the ring, placing it on the night stand as she closed her eyes.

Raine woke up feeling kisses on her neck. She turned, pushing him away. Gelo chuckled and planted more kisses on her cheeks. "Stop it!" She said. "You're going to be late for work, Bambina." He said, pulling her arms. Her eyes shot open and sat quickly to look outside. "Just come to the dinning after you get ready, I've prepared breakfast." Gelo smiled, walking out of the room.

After breakfast, he drove her to the office. Raine was shocked to see Lara sitting on her chair. "Lara? What brings you here?" She asked. "You're crazy!" Lara hissed, pushing against the table to stand up. "You're really going to marry that guy?"

"Lara..." Raine said calmly.

"You don't even know him. Do you even know where he came from?"

"Lara, please..." She muttered. "Heck! Have you met his family? What does he even do for a living." Lara continued. "Lara! Enough!" Raine snapped, sitting on her desk with hands on her face. "His father died years ago, her mother died giving birth to him... his only relatives are distant. He's a computer engineer... I know him. That guy? He's kind, caring and non-judgemental... he supports me with my dreams." Raine finished off. "What else do you want to hear?"

"It's just that..." Lara lowered her gaze, holding Raine's hand. "I want you to be sure of your decisions. I don't want you to regret something later on." She continued. "If you're really decided and you love him..." Lara looked at her, Raine gave her a faint smile. "Then what else can I do, but be here for you?" Lara said.

"Thank you." Raine said, pulling her in for a hug.

For the past few days, Raine worked herself to the bones. Often she'd make herself busy and reluctant to go home. And it's not he doesn't want to see him entirely, but she started second guessing her own decisions as well. As if it couldn't get any worse, she started having headaches and regaining memories.

"In the silence... deep resounding violence of two hearts beating for each other..." He began in a lowly voice.

"In the quiet, stillness I'm reminded of... what it means to love another... Ohhh I would carry it all for you... When the light has gone and all the night has fallen..." A voice mellowed, following a sweet smile. A soft silence fell over between them, enthralled by the intoxicating melody from his humming.

"When the last bird sings good night... When the sigh of songs inside your heart comes calling... Let it lead you home... to me..."

"When you first held my hand at the gallery, I immediately felt fireworks." He recalled, massaging circles on the top of her hand. "I just had to play it cool."

"Last night, I knew I wouldn't let go of you but after hearing their story, I got scared that you will leave me too, what if we were to end up like them?"
