Broken ankle

Jade's POV

Me and my girlfriend, Y/n, are out on a walk together. We're walking through our favourite park to walk through. We're holding hands.

Right. Y/n is a VERY accident prone person. And, as cute as she is, it's really not good. The number of times she's nearly died in this year alone. And, it's the 18th of February.

So it's recently turned 2016. She is genuinely a danger to herself. I love her though.

Like i said, we're currently walking through this park together.

"Oh my god!" She exclaims.

"What?" I ask.

"Look at the tree!! I wanna climb it." She says.

"No. You're gunna break a bone." I say.

"No i wont." She says.

I look at her with raised brows.

"Trust me babe. I wont break a bone." She says.

I sigh.

"Go on then. Big kid." I say.

She smiles like an excited child and runs off to the tree. I walk over and watch her climb the tree. She climbs up to a high branch.

"Jade look!"

I smile. Then she slips and falls down to a lower branch.

"Y/n be careful babe! You're gunna really hurt yourself!"

She laughs.

"That was fun!" She exclaims.

I smile. She's about 5 foot off the floor right now. And then she slips again. This time, all the way out of the tree. She lands awkwardly on her ankle and i hear it snap. I rush over to her and kneel next to her.

"Oh my god. Are you okay?" I ask.

"Yeah I'm good. That was fun." She says.

I raise my brows in sheer confusion.

"I've snapped my ankle love, I'm trying to dodge my thoughts." She says.

I help her stands up. I help her to the car and drive her to the hospital. Eventually, i get her home. She has a pot on her ankle and is on crutches.

"I told you you'd break a bone." I say.

"I really should start listening to you more often." She says, with a slight laugh.

I laugh.

"Yeah you should." I say.

We lay on our bed and just watch Netflix together.

"You're honestly the most accident prone person i have ever met." I state.

"That may be true. But you know you love me." Y/n says.

"Well i never said i didn't." I say.

She smiles.

"Can i have a kiss please? It'll make my ankle feel a lot better." She says.

I smile and kiss her. She kisses back. I then pull back.

"All better?" I ask.

"So much better." She says.

I smile. I sit right next to her and lay my head on her shoulder. She lays her head on mine.

"You're honestly amazing." Y/n says.

I smile and feel myself blushing a little.

"You're pretty cool yourself." I say.

Y/n laughs a little.

"Y'know i honestly genuinely really love you." Y/n says.

I feel myself really blushing. We've been dating for like 3 years but i still get like... all red and shit when she tells me she loves me.

"I love you too. Waaay more than you think." I say.

I know she has her doubts sometimes. But that makes me love her more cos i really do love her.

I feel her smile on my head.

We remain cuddled up in bed watching Netflix together. She's definitely the most clumsy person I've ever met but I'm glad I've met her. She's the most important person in my life. Love of my life. I'm head over heels for her.

I love her with all of my heart.

Best person I've ever met.
