As promised, Gulf goes to meet Mew at a rooftop of fancy restaurant. The place is now full of flower decorations. The atmosphere is very romantic. Of course, Nunew is the one who manages everything even though he is still in the hospital.
"Thank you for coming, Sweet Bun!", he gives a bouquet of flowers.
The doctor doesn't say anything, but he accepts the flowers. This is really awkward for both. Plus, only the two of them are there. The rooftop is fully reserved for them. Finally, the two of them sit down at the only available table there.
The waiters bring the dish one by one. Everything is a complete surprise for both of them. Nunew didn't tell anything other than the location and time. However, the only problem is until they're almost finished the dinner, both of them are still silent. Gulf is a very private person and doesn't talk much other than to his family. It's normal. But, Mew who usually talks a lot now just silent and it makes Gulf uncomfortable somehow. So, the doctor decides to break the silence first.
"Khun Mew, do you still feel guilty because your decision caused your brother got admitted to the hospital?"
"No. I just don't want to make you uncomfortable if I talk a lot while we eat."
He is using his defensive wall apparently...
"If you feel guilty, just being sad is useless. What you feel will only make your brother feel even worse."
"Really?", Gulf frowns.
"Do I look like I'm kidding?"
"Did Nunew tell you?"
"Not exactly telling me, but he told me seeing you like this made him uncomfortable. Khun Mew, his illness is tiring enough, so don't make him more uncomfortable."
"What can I do, Sweet Bun?"
"Give him more attention, ask how he's doing, remind him to take medicine, accompany him check-ups. There are still many things you can do. The point is not to be too sad about what has happened and focus on the present. He is still very young and needs a lot of support from his brother.", Mew sighs.
"You're right, Sweet Bun. Thank you for telling me this. I will do better after this. Is there anything else I should pay attention to?"
The talkative Mew is finally back. He starts behaving like usual when he meets his Mr. Crush. But, tonight is a little different. On this romantic night, Gulf finally talks a lot with Mew. Even though only talking about Nunew, his conditions, and how to take care of his special condition.
Once their conversation is finished, they return to the hospital. Mew has to accompany his little brother and Gulf has to look after his patients. However, unbeknownst to them, someone has been watching them ever since the two left the restaurant. He immediately reports to his boss when he gets a clear visual of the person who is with Mew at the time. He also manages to get a photo of Gulf through a special camera that is on the button of his shirt.

"Good afternoon, Khun Nunew! How are you today?"
"I'm great!"
"Good. I'll check you, okay?"
"Khun Nu, dr. Gulfian, I'll excuse myself then. It's time to change shift."
