Ever since they were little, the Faye siblings have been close, but not very active in socializing with others. Their parents have a large circle of wealthy friends, and they expect their children to establish the same friendship with their friends' kids.
Ray had been exposed to the circle, and he didn't like it. Most of the kids were spoiled brats that get everything they wanted and think they're better than those who didn't posses as much money as they did. Ray hated them. But it came to him that if he didn't befriend these kids, Raysa would be put to the task of having to establish the friendship their parents were expecting of them.
After Raymond's visit to Alex' house, he wandered around the neighborhood. But even in plain faded jeans and a navy blue shirt, Raymond Faye stood out. He had blonde hair, sharp blue eyes, and a smile that rarely shows itself. His description may be a bit similar to Alex, but let me tell you, they have a great difference in the air around them. Ray had always been surrounded by a "don't mess with me" air around him. While Alex had a silent cold air of maturity.
Raymond sighed, thinking about the mess he caused earlier in the wimp's house. He seriously thought that those kids slept together... and he made an embarrassing fool of himself by making such a big deal out of it...
Ray was so busy with his thoughts that he didn't notice that someone was calling him. "Ray!!!"
He turned around and saw a guy with shaggy brown hair and a huge goofy grin running towards him in ripped jeans and a white shirt. A slow smile appeared on Ray's face, "Shawn."
Shawn was one of the few kids in the circle that Ray liked. This guy had a very optimistic personality. His friendly attitude and playful thinking has always got him on Ray's good side. And Shawn always ran to Raymond and followed him around.
Shawn was now as tall as he was, he noticed when he squeezed Ray into a big hug. "Man, you should've told me you came back!" he said as he released Ray.
"Forgot your number," Ray lied with a grin.
"Then you should've visited!" he said.
"Forgot your address."
"Liar."
"Moron," Ray said and Shawn laughed. "How've you been Ray?"
Ray shrugged, then he grinned "How 'bout you? Last time I checked you were running to me at school crying about how a girl you liked rejected you."
Shawn blushed, "Not funny. That was years ago, I don't cry like that anymore," he grumbled. "So where you headin'?"
"Nowhere... you?"
"I'm ,meetin' up with some people at Sara's house," he said. "Wanna come?"
"Sure," he sighed, he didn't have anything to do really so, hangin' out with Shawn would probably be fun. "Who's Sara?"
Shawn smirked," My girlfriend." Ray's expression remained uninterested, "Oh," was all he said.
Shawn frowned, "C'mon, I was expecting a better...more surprised reaction than that! Dude you are still no fun!"
Ray cracked up, "I knew you'd be disappointed..." He struggled to stop, "But I really was surprised, so you don't have to cry over it."
Shawn pouted, and he mumbled something about how he wasn't even gonna cry. They started to walk and Ray became bored.
"So is Sara hot?"
Shawn was busy with his phone, so he answered without lifting his eyes from the screen. "Yes."
