“I’m never drinking wine ever again,” he groaned. He rubbed his forehead trying to ease the throbbing pain. “How much did I actually drink?”

Ryan laughed, “Actually you only drank a few, but… I think while you were already drunk you snuck a few more glasses before barging into my room.”

“You should have stopped me,” he said grumpily.

“Oh, so you’re blaming me now?” Ryan said, “I did try to warn you Narnia boy.”

“Shut up,” he grumbled.

They passed by some houses and Alex ignored the urge to call his driver and ask him to get him to school. It would ruin his cover and all his other efforts to not be recognized by his father’s minions.

“So, are you going to stay at my place tonight again?” Ryan asked.

“I don’t know…”

“What’s the deal man? Did you suddenly get scared about sleeping alone in your giant house?” he teased.

“As if”

“Then what’s with you?”

“Ryan,” he groaned. “You’re making my head feel worse.”

“Good. You deserve that for leaving Raysa yesterday,” he said.

“I’m sure she can take care of herself. She’s a lot tougher than you think,” Alex said. Although he said that, he was actually pretty worried about his girl.

Apparently Ryan saw the worried look on his face and he sighed, “Just shut up alright Ryan?”

Ryan grinned and nodded.

Meanwhile…

All around her, students stopped to stare, curiosity getting the better of them, not knowing that they’d regret it. She was unaware of the audience that had gathered around her. All her attention was on the locker in front of her and the unopened umbrella that was in her hands, pointing it at the locker as if it were a gun.

Raysa took a deep breath, then reached out to unlock her locker, still not lowering her umbrella gun. She slid her right foot backwards, ready to retreat, then she swung the locker open at the same time she pressed the button on her automatic umbrella.

BOOM!

The bomb exploded and the umbrella acted as a shield, protecting Raysa from the blue colored paint that wanted to stick to her hair and ruin her clothes. It exploded against her shield, meaning most of it went to the people that had stupidly gathered around her. Some screamed, some cursed, and most were now marked with blue paint. Raysa slowly lowered her umbrella, examined herself, and when she found no drop of paint on herself, she grinned and giggled in delight. “HA!” she said pointing childishly at the locker before breaking into a victory dance.

But then… something occurred to her. She stopped dancing, and her beautiful light blue eyes trailed back to the locker before widening in alarm. She rushed to it and then gasped. She carefully took out the wet sheets of paper that were half colored in blue. Whatever was written on it was now unreadable.

They were the lyrics to her song.

She gritted her teeth and balled her fists causing the sheets to be crushed and drip with wet blue paint. Eyes blazing with anger, she passed the hall and headed for the classroom of the ones responsible for the disastrous outcome of her lyrics.

Yesterday, Stevie had passed her a text, informing her of the complete names of the girls responsible for the annoying prank. Stevie’s cousin had accidentally heard the culprits talking in the bathroom. She followed them and took a photo. Stevie had worked on the rest and passed her their schedules.
