Another morning, another blessing.
Looking at myself in the mirror while giving my little pep talk before I start my day, I did a once-over and was satisfied with what I saw.
Realizing it's another beautiful day, I winked at myself. Then I think to myself, me waking up grateful isn't the same with the rest of the people in the world. Some may think why did they still ever wake up. Some do consider it's another day of a battle. Some see it another day to survive. Anyhow, there's always light at the end of the tunnel but if you fail to see it yet, one thing or another, someone will hold a torch for you until you get there.
Gathering all my stuff, I headed downstairs to greet Susu good morning before I go.
Padding down the polished wooden staircase, I spotted Susu on the couch expectantly gazing at me.
"Good morning, my baby Susu." Scratching her cheeks, Susu made a purring sound implying he wants to be cuddled.
"Mommy has to go to work and no no cuddle cuddle bebu." Susu stretched his limbs then walked away.
Sometimes, cats can be so attitude and dramatic but nonetheless, I love my Furr baby!
I puffed and stood up. Let's get this day started!
