Nobody's POV

The words hung in the air and Death turned her head in a quick motion to the person who had spoken the words.

Her black eyes flashed like the reflection of fire.

They returned to their original brown color, as the heat could have been reflected in them once.

But when they looked into the blue-gray eyes, they turned into identical ones.

The silence around them was palpable and no one knew how to react. Questions raced through their heads...

But before anyone could do anything the dark haired woman recovered from her shock. ''What a surprise? This was the old hag's big plan?'' she sneered at the figure in front of her. Sarcasm dripped from every word she uttered.

''I know-''

She interrupted the man standing in front of her. ''Nothing. You know nothing. But since I'm in such a good mood today, why not give you a gift?'' she smiled at him sweetly, too sweetly. In such a way that her pointed teeth glinted in the moonlight and the others began to retreat even with their unconscious bodies.

In a moment, two small bottles appeared in front of her. One filled with a dark red thick liquid, while the other liquid was unstable, transparent, strange looking.

She threw the bottles at him and he caught them awkwardly. He looked at them suspiciously. "There is no poison in it, is there?"

"If I want to kill you, I will do it with my own hands, after torturing you in such a way that you will beg for death," she looked coldly into the man's eyes. "The transparent liquid is memories of the modern world, the darker liquid is vampire blood."

He raised an eyebrow at the information and looked at her strangely. He didn't want to provoke her so he kept to himself and didn't say anything he might regret later.

"You're so surprised," she smirked at him. "I saved you the job, now you don't have to look for a way to survive your revenge. Hopefully you know how vampire blood works, bonus - you won't lose the ability to do magic. But I bet you're too busy to kill some people right now. Don't worry, I won't get in your way.''

With one last look, she turned and walked away from the person no one knew but her. But they all knew better not to ask her anything.

The Salvatore's brothers took the motionless bodies in their arms and with a nod, together they sped the vampire away. Rose said good night and followed her lover. Caroline and Bonnie looked to where they had been standing a moment ago before saying their goodbyes as well and disappearing into the darkness. Young Lockwood had disappeared before.

This left only the Mikaelson siblings and Death standing in the driveway of the mansion.

"That was fun, wasn't it darling?" Kol placed his hand gracefully over the brunette's shoulders. She turned to him with a death glare, but he still looked at her with enthusiasm. She rolled her eyes at his intransigence. ''Don't look at me like that, I'm glad we're all healthy and now I don't have to worry about our wonderful mother hurting you. What if we cause some chaos?''

"If you leave me alone..."

''Please, you like my presence-'' Kol stopped when his beloved brother cut him off with a quick movement, pinning the intruder against a tree. He sighed in exasperation.

''You're not giving up, are you?'' the woman commented annoyed on the situation. He tried to speak, but it was difficult because of the running out of oxygen. "Let him go, Niklaus!" she commanded.
