"Kiri!" y/n shouts at her friend in shock and Kiri couldn't help but cover her mouth in shock realizing what she did. Everyone else looked at y/n not knowing what to say since it all had happened so fast.
Neteyam takes a step forward and he grabs y/n's hand softly, the girl's attention goes from Kiri back to Neteyam. "Is this true?" He says softly, his heart racing at the news, But not in fear, but with suspense. "What if it is?" Y/n says looking up at him with her eyes Having a spark of hope that he would be happy at the news.
Lo'ak scoots close to kiri and he harshly whispers to her letting the 2 have their moment, he didn't want to ruin it so he talked low." this is the 4th time you have ruined a special occasion, Y/n wanted to reveal it to him after dinner." He ducks down quickly dodging a slap that was aimed at him, Tuk smacks her sister's hand in mid-air pointing to the young couple in front of them.
"Look, Neteyam accepted the news" Tuk exclaims and she claps her hands happily standing up to congratulate them. Tsireya and Ao'nung both stand up as well to congratulate their cousin once again on the news. They were told earlier in the day and had accepted that their cousin was now making her own family.
"Babygirl, come here" Jake says pulling Kiri aside so that they could talk about her sudden outburst. "You cannot just take a touching moment like that away from them....Y/n was asking for more food because the baby is starving, yes kiri she seems annoying but it's not 100% her...think of it as.."
"Think of it as One part her the other part baby...Her brain isn't thinking for her needs but instead, it's thinking of the child's" Neytiri says standing beside her husband and joining the conversation, she needed to make sure her eldest daughter understood what her husband was saying. She turns her head hearing Neteyam yell out in excitement over the child he would hold within a few months, a small smile crept upon her lips as she watched the scene play.
"You need to apologize to y/n, best friend or not you don't know how Neteyam might've honestly reacted or how betrayed y/n feels that you've outed the news instead of her." Jake says and he watched as kiri shifted her weight from one foot to another switching her pose, her left hand now gripping her upper right arm.
"I'll apologize tomorrow father...Look how happy they are.."Kiri says softly looking up at Jake who nods his head, he walked back to celebrate the moment with his son and his mate.

"Kiri, all is forgiven.."Y/n says looking at her friend tiredly, she had only fallen asleep a few hours ago and was told to sleep in and not worry about her village duties, since it was well-known she was pregnant.
"Do you need help with anything today?"Kiri asked and y/n shakes her head going to lie back down instead of standing up, Neteyam was out for the day trying to prepare months ahead for their baby, He hadn't slept since last night and wanted y/n to sleep in instead.
"No...My teyam is spending time out doing both of our duties...He'll be back later.....just...Can you play in my hair please?"Y/n says yawning and she could barely keep her eyes open while Kiri came over to do as her friend asked, She looked like death and Kiri couldn't help but shake her head 'I'm never having kids because what the hell...'

"How long has she been out?" Neteyam says setting a few woven bags and baskets down, A braid falls in front of his face and he pushes it back behind his ear. Kiri looks up at her brother while she finished the new hairstyle she had given y/n, The right side of her head was braided while the left side was left untouched giving her a cool smooth-edged look....at least in Kiri's book.
"For a couple of hours, she's tired from last night." kiri says looking up at her brother while leaning against the wall, Y/n had made sure kiri was comfortable before she fell asleep again. Neteyam came over and he helped kiri raise y/n's upper body so that she could get up before laying y/n's head back down making sure the girl was comfortable enough to get her well-needed rest.
"Neteyam, I'm sorry" kiri says looking at her brother he shrugs his shoulders looking at his sister taking in every feature of her face, he was taking in on how much older she had gotten throughout the years and she did the same. "Jeez, your aging like Shit.." Kiri says trying not to laugh and neteyam sarcastically chuckles looking at her. "Ha ha, very funny. You have the face of an Ikran"
Kiri's face turns into one of shock as she punches her brother's arm."You do not deserve to live " she punches him again and he holds up his hands chuckling. "Whatever sis...I forgive you I'm an idiot at times, I'm glad you blurted it out though " Neteyam says shrugging once again, he has a habit of doing it and from the looks of it, he was never going to stop.

"Which do you prefer y/n? Omatikaya or metkayina clan?" Neytiri says looking at her daughter-in-law, they were having a talk on where to raise the baby as it had been a few months and soon she wouldn't be able to travel. Y/n looks between ronal and Neytiri nervously trying not to give a wrong answer, Neteyam was next to her as well seeing how y/n's tail made him flicker behind her made him smile to himself.
Y/n looks up at Neteyam for help and since he was standing compared to the rest sitting down he lays a hand on y/n's bump rubbing in circles slowly. "I think it's best if we just Raise the child here and also in the forest, So that way the child may grow the way Eywa has intended...2 cultures in one connected in ways no one has seen since y/n's Birth." Neteyam says smiling down at his wife happily, she returns the smile and grabs his hand leaving a kiss on the back of it.
"Acceptable answer...I agree" Ronal says nodding her head while holding her satchel of herbs and medicines that were used on y/n not long ago. She stands up but not before giving y/n a kiss on her head. "I have to make rounds across the village, I am needed for internal healing and to make connections to eywa for those who need it most." She turns her head down to Neytiri holding a hand out and helping her new family up. "Come sister, We need to heal those who need it" She says and Both women excuse themselves taking one last glance at the couple inside before going on their way.
"When do you think the baby will be due?" Neytiri asked Ronal, The time they had spent there was indeed to figure out how many weeks were left, It was a well-known fact that Navi women gave birth quicker than Any Sky person. (Idk if this is true..)
"I'll give it until the next waxing moon...And we need to prepare fast for it.."
"I agree it is next week and y/n is relaxed which is good but her body isn't ready."
