Secret spot

What do we know about our favourite police pup Chase? Well, he is serious, brave and smart pup, who takes his job responsibly and doesn't want to let others down. Usually it feels positive for everyone and sometimes it has a negative effect and the police pup felt it on himself - he started getting stressed out and more annoying, which was making Ryder worried and if you think pups started talking behind Chases' back, you're wrong. They knew why their leader started acting like this and decided to help him. However, the German Shepherd also realized what's happening to him and found out how he can manage this.

Every evening when there was no missions and daily patrol wasn't in his schedule, Chase went from Lookout to one secret spot which was located near water plant - a nice little garden with benches, fountain and some free space to walk around or run. Add calm atmoshpere which filled this place - and there you go, a perfect place to take stress off. Every time when the Police pup was coming here, his activities were changable - from just laying on grass, to running around fountain. It took 1 week to make these visits effective and Chase was again acting calm after hard missions, making pups confused, because in some moments, they saw that their leader might explode from stress, but he managed to act calm. That's what they were discusing after playing frisbee.

Zuma: You know, I actually appreciate his efforts to not let stress take control over him.

Rubble: Agree, it's really good to hear his soothing voice after messing up somewhere.

Rocky: Yep!

Skye: Does anyone wonder how does he do that?

Marshall: No idea, I acutally wanted to ask him, but then I decided to leave him space. It's his private space and he has own rights to control his stress.

Skye: Hmm, I still want to find out how is he controlling his mental state, I actually have daily patrol on evening.

Boys noticed that while saying her idea, the Cockapoo blushed a little, it caused them to giggle in their minds because it was clear that she has crush on him. Still they agreed with her idea and wished her luck.

The next evening

Another hard mission, after which Chase felt stressed up a bit, so he immideately went to his secret garden. Skye at this moment was doing her daily patrol, correcting her way in process, so she would fly somewhere around Chases' spot - Rocky noticed that the German Shepherd was walking to the left and the Cockapoo noted that. When she was getting back to the Lookout, she spotted a garden nearby water plant, then she flew lower to look around and saw a pup inside that garden. There was no doubt that this pup was Chase, so Skye carefully landed her helicopter and went to the entrance of garden. The Police pup at this moment was sitting on bench, enjoying the sound of working fountain and not knowing that he'll have intruder. Like I said before, the size of garden was small, so it didn't take much time for the Aviator pup to find the entrance, enter the garden and find her crush. While walking to him, the Cockapoo noticed how peaceful it was there, so she decided to get closer to German Shepherd and talk to him quietly.

Skye: Chase.

Sudden voice made him snap out from his trance and look around to find out that Skye was also here.

Chase: Oh, hello... how did you find me?

Skye: Well, sky is my element *giggle* it wasn't that hard to find your place.

Chase: Your helicopter, of course.

Then Skye sat beside Chase on the bench as they watched at fountain. 

Chase: So, why are you there?

Skye: Just wanted to know how do you managed to stay cool after stressful missions.

Chase: Oh really? Heh, was it that surprising?

Skye: Of course it was! Reminding how it was before and then, it's a big difference.

During this talk, the German Shepherd felt that his feelings for Skye were getting harder to fight, so did the Cockapoo. This atmoshpere made their stress go away - yep, telling your feelings to person you love is also kinda stressful, not for everyone of course. Still, our pups enjoyed each others' presence and the Police pup decided to reveal it.

Chase: You know, I felt quite lonely here before you came up. So maybe we can go together here if you want.

Skye: I like that. I actually enjoy being here with you.

Chase (blushes a little): Heh, me too.

Then Chase decided to let his feelings control him, so he carefully laid his head on Skyes', making both pups blush, but the Cockapoo didn't get lost from this move. Instead, she smiled and laid her head on Chases' shoulder - for next 10 minutes, Chase and Skye were sitting like this with closed eyes with one thought in their minds: maybe it didn't go like they wanted by confessing their feelings to each other, but it was surely a great place to erase their fear of doing this.

2 months later

Chase and Skye were walking around the garden as early night arrived in Adventure Bay, now they were a couple and had their first date, but instead of going back to Lookout, the German Shepherd offered to go to one place which gave them that confidence to become a thing - that secret garden. Then they laid on the grass and nuzzled each other enjoying their romance under peaceful sounds of night.

Chase: I'll always love you, Skye.

Skye: To the moon and back?

Chase: To the moon and back.

Skye: I'll always love you too, Chase, to the moon and back.

Chase: This place will be a reminder to it. We still can come here whenever we want.

Skye: Together?

Chase: Of course, together.

Skye smiled and licked Chases' cheek, earning in response a kiss on her cheek. Then our couple giggled and kept nuzzling each other. The end!
