"What's your room number?"
Vanya whispered as I packed my stuff.
"It's 143."
She jumped a little.
"Right across mine. Let's go out of here I can't be whispering any longer."
I nod.
When we got out I heard her squeal slightly.
"I'm so happy. I already made some friends."
Laughing at her comments I could see that she was truly happy.
"Where are you from? I really like your name."
She smiles.
"I'm from Incheon, but my parents are of Serbian origin."
"Wow. That's great!"
I wanted her to meet Han and Jeongin. I'm sure they'll be great friends.
We arrived in front of our rooms and we found my two best friends there.
Seriously, I only need to think of them and they'll appear.
"Hi! Meet Vanya, I met her at the library."
They bowed politely.
"Hey, I'm Jisung but call me just Han."
His cheeks went red a little but I noticed it.
"Hi, my name is Jeongin."
We all smiled at his accent, indeed he did not lose it.
"We wanted to talk to you Ji. Can we?"
Han asked and I looked at Vanya looking for her reaction.
"I'm just gonna go, I have to meet my sister anyway."
Something stung me right in the heart but I nodded before going into the room along with Han and Jeongin.
I sat on the chair while they sat on the bed across from me.
"So what is it?"
An uneasy feeling went through my body caused of their faces.
"We were contacted by your brother. He's really worried but we played it off like we don't know anything. He knows you're in this university."
I sigh.
"They could've guessed it. But how did they get your new numbers?"
Shrugging his shoulders Jeongin said, "That's what we're interested in. Our numbers are known only by our closest people, no one else. There must be someone who found out and gave it to him."
The tight atmosphere is not helping at all.
"It's okay. He's my brother after all. He still cares. I still care."
Both of them looked down fidgeting with their fingers.
"You don't have to worry about it. Just tell me if he continues to bother you."
They nod but there was something more to it.
I look at them searching for an answer in their faces.
"Umm, we just wanted to tell you that we're here for you."
Han said brushing his hair with his hand.
"Oh, thanks."
I give them a gentle smile but I didn't feel like that was what they wanted to say to me.
The atmosphere started getting awkward.
"So it's Saturday tomorrow and we should spend it outdoors. I have one cafe that I found which is so special."
Jeongin said lightening the mood.
"We could invite the others if you want to."
I suggest and they agreed.
"Yeah! We'll invite Minho, Felix, and Kazuha and you can invite Vanya."
There was excitement in Han's voice.
"It's settled then. Still, there's some time left until it gets dark, wanna go for a walk?"
I really wanted to go for a walk, it's not too hot today so it'll be perfect.
"I'll have to pass this time. The fighting classes started and I need to recover my knowledge. And it starts soon so I'll see ya later!"
Jeongin said hurriedly and left with a worried face.
"It's okay, see ya!"
Han and I said before we went outdoors too.
As I thought, it was perfectly warm with a soft breeze.
We were walking slowly taking in the scenery.
Han spoke up.
"It's beautiful, isn't it?"
I take a deep breath in.
"Yeah."
"Just like you," Han muttered but I could hear it a little.
"What did you say?"
"Oh no nothing," he walked a bit faster now.
Did he really say that? I must be tripping.
I caught up with him looking around the schoolyard.
There were so many trees. In the distance, you could see a few cottages in between the thick trees. I wonder what are they used for.
As we continued to walk we reached the gate.
Since the school year didn't start the gate was constantly open.
The outside seemed like it was a whole different world.
Why is this school so private?
"Wanna grab a snack?"
He asked, looking at me softly.
"Sure!"
"We should grab some bungeoppang, the famous fish-shaped pastry. The autumn is coming so they're in each corner but I always buy them at Bangchan's. He's a good friend of mine."
Those two made a lot of friends here.
"I always wanted you to bring me those but you never did."
He chuckles.
"They have to be fresh! Here."
We were in front of a cute but fancy bakery that seemed to have a lot of customers anyway.
The interior was a combination of wood and beige color. Really fancy.
As we came in it cleared up a little, there were only a few customers.
At the counter was a handsome male with blonde curly hair.
"Hey mate! I haven't seen you in ages."
The male greeted Han but then focused on me.
"And who's this?"
He was so hot I had to admit.
I bow slightly, "I am Minji. Nice to meet you."
"Ohhh Han talked about you. Finally, I have the honor to meet you. I'm Christopher, but call me Bangchan or Chan."
