Fast

"Told you this place was amazing!"
Jeongin smiled as we came to a cafe that was directly at the beach.
The cafe was dressed in white color.
It was stunning.
The sparkling blue sea was constantly moving.
Moving on with its life.
Even if one of the waves made a mistake.
Even if a part of it didn't have the gloss as the other parts did.
Every part of it is still breathtaking.
Just like us. People.
We sat inside beside a large window that had a great view of the beach and the sea.
So peaceful.
"What are you ordering?"
Han asked making everyone think about it.
"Maybe a portion of soufflé pancakes would be good."
Kazuha suggested and all of us nodded.
"It would be good but I'll order some brownies."
Vanya said shyly playing with her fingers.
I swear she's really cute.
"This is my girl! I'll order brownies too!"
Felix was happy to know that someone adored brownies that much.
Someone sighed quietly but I heard it.
It's Han.
What is he thinking?
He's suspicious.
He's been acting weirdly recently.
Don't tell me...

After a while of eating, chatting, and drinking, we were on the beach.
The summer breeze was so welcoming as we shuffled our feet in the beige sand.
The waves hitting the sand were the best harmony you need.
In the sand, I drew a heart.
Staring at it for a second, the wave came and pulled it together with him.
Just like always.
I felt a hand over my shoulder.
It was Chan.
He stared into the distance of the ocean with a gentle smile on his lips.
"It's so captivating. How are you?"
His sudden words left me off track.
"Oh, um, yes. Are you?"
Chan examined my eyes.
"Now that I have you guys back I'm better than ever."
Ooohhh. This touched my heart.
"I'm delighted to hear that."
He crouched down drawing something in the sand.
I crouch down too to see what is he doing.
His hand moved swiftly across the sand as he drew a heart with legs, arms, and an antenna on his head.
"What's that?"
He giggled.
"Ever heard Tung? Heart Tung?"
Shaking my head I chuckle slightly.
"Of course not. What's Heart Tung?"
He draws another one next to it while talking.
"There is a Heart Tung and Heart Taeng. Each one has a different meaning."
Right now I could only focus on his words.
The sound of the waves disappeared.
His calm words were soft but stern.
"Heart Tung represents soft love. When we care for someone more than us, and love someone so much all we want is for them to hold us. They are the main character in our dreams. Life was never kind to us until we met that person. When we're with them we are full of positive energy. They make us shine. This is the happy ending."
His hands drew a different heart character now.
"Heart Taeng represents the love of sorrow. We love them so much but we don't love ourselves enough. We keep them safe by staying away from them. We do everything to keep them safe from a distance, restraining our need for their touch. It hurts but it hurts more to see them sad. This is the sad ending that eventually ends with small happiness. This path is harder to get over but if we try enough we can get to Heart Tung."
Chan's words left me speechless.
"This is so...deep."
Chan chuckled before standing up and stretching his limbs.
I did so too.
"It is. But it's a good example of different experiences-"
*Bang*
The loud sounds continued. I was in a trance as Chan dragged me behind him and sprinted toward the parking lot.
The only thing I noticed was the others running beside us.
"Get in! Get in!"
He shouted as we piled up in a car.
Half of us went to another.
We didn't come here with those cars but I didn't care about that right now.
Vanya held my hand tightly.
"What's happening?!"
She let out a scared voice.
"I want you to bend down and don't interrupt please."
Chan's intimidating voice said everything.
Talk is ordered for later.
The car was moving really fast.
The force made me hold onto my seat stiffly.
I could only see different colored lines as we zoomed past so many cars.
Vanya's hands trembled as she held my hands.
Her breathing started getting tougher and louder.
She's having a panic attack.
Then the glass of the window broke after we heard another bang.
Pulling her closer I hold her hands with all my strength.
"Listen to me. Breathe slowly and deeply. In...out."
Her eyes darted to mine. I could see some hope in them.
She put her hand on her chest listening to my words as she slowly calmed down.
"Thank you."
I heard her mumbling those words while Chan shouted something to Jeongin.
Everything felt disconnected.
The force of the car moved us left and right in the back seat nonstop.
From the sudden stop, my head hit the front seat which caused my dizziness.
I could only see Chan's hands swiftly moving on the steering wheel.
Someone's hands made their way onto the back of my head pulling me back so I could be settled nicely.
A few more rough turns and speeding up of the car made Chan and Jeongin sigh.
"Chan they're behind that corner. Get us to Minho's apartment. Leave the car in that small street. Hurry!"
One word was enough for the car to be sped up again.
Through the broken window, the wind blew aggressively.
I had to close my eyes and hold onto Vanya.
"We're here! Get out fast!"
