Chapter two: First meeting between you and I

The lightning coming from outside makes its way to Felix's face which ends up abruptly waking him up. The blond frowns as his eyes meet the blinding sunlight. It's been three days since he last got some good sleep without just dozing off in the middle of the night and then going back to work. Last night was the first time these days he actually slept long enough. Even though he fell asleep with his head on the high, uncomfortable desk inside the office of his house, the rest he got was still better than nothing.

The blond sighs as he gets up from the black leather chair and stretches. Felix softly groans the moment he moves his head, the way he slept giving him a neck pain. The side of his neck hurt like hell now, but he still managed to ignore it and continue looking over the files on the desk after sitting back down. A sudden wave of coldness washes over him, his sight leaving the files, falling onto the open window. He frowns, not remembering when he left it open. He slowly gets up and closes it, getting back to his work which seems endless.

It's been about an hour and Felix seems to still be caught up with the files, not knowing what to think. The exhaustion seems to show as his eyes keep hurting along with his head. A sigh leaves his lips, the sudden feeling of hunger making its appearance out of nowhere. His eyes shift to the black device on the desk. The boy moves his hand towards his phone and manages to order himself some food and coffee so he wouldn't have to spend time on making them himself. In about twenty minutes, the order reached his door. He payed and went back to the desk, starting to eat the food along with drinking his bitter-sweet coffee, his sight not moving once from the papers.

"Huh? What is this?" he scowled when his eyes caught something he hasn't seen on the papers before. It seemed to be an address, a sentence writter right after it. It was written by a pen, not the computer. Maybe he just missed this one out?

He stops himself from doing anything and just stares at the writing, trying to decipher whatever it was. After what felt like forever, he tries writing on a random paper every letter he thought he saw. He made out the address and moved onto the writing that was beside it. "Come meet us." he reads out loud, an involuntary gasp forming on his lips. Was this the writing of the person or the people who murdered those innocent humans? Or was it just Mr. Hwang playing around with him?

Without hesitation, he moves his hands towards the computer, his eyesight leaving the piece of paper. Felix's long fingers press the letters on the keyboard which made out the name of the address that was written on the file. With fearful eyes, he presses enter, the picture of the address showing up in no time. An abandoned hotel? He'd lie if he'd say he isn't freaking out right now. That hotel...he knows it so well. Too well, perhaps. Multiple memories make their way into Felix's mind. But one of them specifically just changes his mood completely.

"Mom, mom! Watch!" the excitement in the young boy's voice gives his mother yet another reason to smile. With his hands in the air, he shows the paper airplane he made. "Isn't this so cool?" he cutely giggles, his sweet grin melting his mother's heart.

"Wow, Felix! It looks amazing. Did you make it?" she utters and leaves the hotel bathroom, moving closer to the boy. She ends up crouching to be at his height.

"Yes. I made it!" he says with a proud expression on his young face.

"That's great, Felix! Where'd you learn to do it?" she grins, her eyes shifting from the paper plane to Felix's face.

"My classmate taught me. Isn't it so cool?" the boy giggles, playing with the object in his hand.

"It totally is!" she agrees, patting the young boy's head.
