Chapter twenty: "Don't leave me"
"Hey, you're ready?" the blond asks while entering the older's room after seeing it already open.
"Hey, Felix." Christopher says with a smile on his face before walking closer to the younger and kissing his cheek. "I'm almost done. Just gotta take my jacket with me, in case it's gonna get cold later." he says and walks up to his wardrobe, picking out two different jackets. "Which one?"
The blond hums as he frowns, putting his fingers on his chin. "Maybe the leather one?"
After nodding, the older puts the other jacket back and walks out of his room with the leather jacket in his hand. Felix follows him, the two later on walking out of the building.
As Felix and Christopher arrive outside, they bump into Sam who's silently enjoying a cigarette.
"Why do you look like you've been punched in the eyes?" Sam asks Felix jokingly as a few chuckles leave his lips.
"Why? Does it look bad?" the blond widens his eyes and takes out his phone to look at his face through the camera.
"It doesn't." Christopher whispers to the blond after placing his hand around his waist. "See? This is why you can't get a partner." he says quite loudly towards the red haired man who just rolls his eyes at his words.
"It's not like you have one." the taller utters and inhales a fresh round of smoke before extinguishing the cigarette on the trash can and throwing it inside. "Sorry, Felix. I was just joking. It looks good. You're really good at makeup." the man utters whilst smiling ever so slightly.
"Thanks." the blond smiles, his ears turning a bright shade of pink.
"So, what's up with you two? Where are y'all going dressed like that?" Sam asks with curiosity as he crosses his hands across his chest.
"Our second date." Christopher shrugs and looks around, growing impatient.
"Oh." Sam looks at his feet and sighs. "Have fun." he says and gives the two a fake smile before going back inside.
"What's up with him?" the older asks with a frown on his face. He only gets a shrug in response from the blond.
While the two were out, the other members were everywhere around the hotel. Sam was in his room, watching a movie as he was trying his hardest not to think about a certain someone, I.N and Sky were in the kitchen, eating and watching youtube videos, Lewis was in his room, listening to loud rock music, and Peter and Rhino were in the living room, watching a romantic movie together while cuddling.
Everything was going well in this universe, everyone in Stray Kids being happy and calm. Meanwhile, in the second universe, nothing was going as it should be.
Jeongin grunts as he feels Chan's fist harshly punching his stomach. The younger boy falls to the ground, on his knees, as his eyes start to water. "S...stop, please!"
"I told you to clean that shit up, you fucking moron!" the older raises his voice as he points at the spilled coffee on the floor that he spilled himself. As a short chuckle leaves his lips, he crouches and looks at the helpless boy before him. "Look, I don't know why you're being such a brat now. I tried being nice to you today but I can't if you're being such a bitch about everything, okay?" the older utters as he grabs onto Jeongin's hair to make him look at him. "Those punks changed you, Jeonginnie. I hate to see the old you gone."
"You mean the weak me?" the younger chuckles but coughs right after. "He's dead. He's never coming back. So get that in your head, yeah?" he adds in a threatening voice with a smirk on his face whilst holding his stomach. The younger yelps when he feels his hair being pulled harder this time, moving his other hand to Chan's.
