(it's day 21 cause it's midnight)
Logan sat watching Kimberly and Rylen dance. She should've known they liked each other all along. It made so much sense. She was not completely accepting yet; Logan cringed when Kimberly and Rylen kissed.
"Welp, you're not the only single one of your friends now." Carson stood beside Brendon.
"Man, what happened? Finally got sick of Liv?"
"Actually, she broke up with me. Which I'm very annoyed about. I always wait when I know we're not going to work."
Brendon shook his head slowly. "You've yet to be the one to break up with someone."
"I know. It's annoying. Makes me look bad."
"Ah, it's okay," Brendon said. "There are plenty of things that make you look bad." He patted Carson on the back.
"I'm glad you're single."
"Gee, are we suddenly enemies?"
Carson shrugged. "Now you know how it feels to be single while your friends aren't."
"I already knew." Brendon rolled his eyes.
"Oh right."
"This was fun," Joy said with a smile. "But I think I should go to bed."
Colton nodded. "Me too."
The two made their way to the elevator and stepped inside.
"Has anyone else gone to bed?" Joy asked.
Colton shrugged. "I wasn't paying attention to everyone else."
"Me neither. Well, goodnight." Joy stepped out of the elevator and blew a kiss goodbye.
Colton stayed in as it took him up to his floor. He didn't know what to think. He was pretty sure he had lost feelings for Joy.
"Does anybody want to play spin the bottle?" Logan called, holding an empty coke bottle.
"Not all of us are single!" Kirk shouted over the music.
Logan would have glared at him if she could see him. She could have sworn she heard Kaylen giggling but maybe it was just her imagination.
"I'd play but you can't with just two."
Logan glanced back at Carson. "Nope. Thanks though, I guess."
Carson shrugged. "Simply the truth."
"I thought you had a girlfriend?"
"Broke up with me for no evident reason tonight."
"Oh." Logan laughed. "That's what you get for dating Liv."
"Hey, aren't you supposed to be sympathetic or something?"
"Heck nah, you shouldn't have been dating that girl in the first place. You should be celebrating since it happened so fast."
"Who says it happened fast?"
Logan shrugged. "In one night."
Logan turned back to facing the crowd and smiled. She knew how to make Carson feel better. He didn't need someone saying they were sorry or telling him he deserved better. Well, maybe he did, but Logan was not going to be the person to do it.
After time Elula and Taylor went back inside. Though it was nice outside, it was also cold at night.
