The Wings Of Fire

Gray mouth gaped open. "Where did she go!" 

No one answered, mostly because they were staring above Gray's head.

The silence was broken with a high pitched laugh coming from above his head. Gray looked up. There was Sue, suspended in above the guild hall with long beautiful wings attached to her back. They seemed to be made of.......fire?! Her red-orange wings burned brightly illuminating the entire guild hall like a massive bonfire floating in mid-air.

"What is that?!" Yelled a white haired teenager who was dressed in punked-out attire.

 A white haired younger boy behind her said, "Now MiraJane, there is no reason to be rude. Sorry about my big sister, she doesn't mean any harm."

 "Elfman! I am not rude!" yelled MiraJane.

"Its alright." said Sue with a smile. "You're very pretty."

MiraJane blushed angrily, "WHat-I- no- thats not true, you little brat! You think you're funny, trying to insult me?"

"Mira it was just a compliment. I don't think she was trying to offend you." Elfman said, holding back his sister.

"Oh nonono! I never meant to offend you, I'm sorry If I came across that way!" Sue said, still floating at the top of the room.

"Is no one going to explain what the hell those are and why there is a floating candle stick in Fairy Tail?!"  MiraJane said, bewildered.

"Those are Sue's 'wings of fire.'" said Natsu who's face was bruised and scratched from fighting Gray.

"Yea Mira! I see you are still as stupid as usual." said Erza. 

"Shut up Ugly! At least I'm not weak!" Mira shot back. 

"You wanna go!?" Yelled Erza. 

"Yeah! Fight me, if your brave enough!" Yelled Mira. They wrestled to a corner of the guild and began fighting.

Suddenly, out of no where, Sue's wings disappeared. She went hurdling towards the ground. At lightning speed, Natsu leapt in a caught her right before she hit the floor. 

"It looks like she is sleeping!" exclaimed Natsu. 

Until now, no one had seemed to realize sunken bags under her eyes that were hidden by her bright smile.

"We're going home! See ya tomorrow!" Waved Natsu as he walked out of the guild hall with Sue sleeping on his back.

The blizzard had stopped and the sun was setting in a beautiful red-orange color, like Sue's wings, over the lively town of Magnolia.
