The Valley

Natsu's POV~

It was the next day and we couldn't have ask for better weather conditions! The sun was shining, birds were chirping, and a light breeze kept up cool in the heat.

This weather obviously didn't match the tension between Sue and Taka. He would glare at her the entire time, and she would awkwardly look down at the ground in shame and silence, which in my opinion, didn't suit her at all.

We set off at 6 in the morning, which already put Sue, and everyone in a grumpy mood.

We walked and walked. Taka had warned us it would be a long way. We walked till about 12, when Erza stopped us to eat lunch.

We stopped on a little patch of grass on a hill. It was the one little oasis of grass in the large desert and rocks.

We ate our sandwiches in silence. "Pass the hot sauce Taka-kun." Sue broke our awkward vibe.

He glared at her a handed it to her. At the last moment he squeezed the bottle and it squirted all over her.

"Ahhh, it got in my eyes you dumbass!!!" She yelled. She's back. I thought.

"My bad." Taka said coldly. Sue glared at him back. She sighed and got up. She walked down the hill and towards the watering hole.

"So, how much farther do we have till we reach this valley." Asked Erza. "Let's just say we are almost half way there." Said Taka.

"Ughhhh!" Everyone groaned. Five minutes later Sue came back, all cleaned up.

Ten minutes later we set off again. We walked for many more hours. The sun began to set. I could tell everyone was tired, but Sue was trying not to show it.

As the sun lowered behind the desert Taka suddenly stopped in his tracks. Sue walked next to him and looked down.

There below the desert, was a valley, huge, with a large mountain hovering over it.

It was dotted with small white houses and cobblestone roads, intertwined in between trees and parks. Rivers sparkled and coiled like snakes around the town. It was like a whole little world inside if a snow globe.

The roads were clean and empty. The night fell and the mountain stood over the town like a looming, grim reminder of the "curse" that had haunted this village for years.

Taka took a little stone flight of stairs down to the city. Before I took my first step, u looked around. He was right there was not soil for hundreds of miles away, only sand and hard, caked ground. The little valley looked like an enormous meteorite had hit the earth and made this little paradise.

As we walked down and entered the village I couldn't tell the difference between here, and Magnolia. As Taka hopped of the last step, he was greeted by cheers of "hurray" and "yayyyy!"

But when Sue stepped down everyone went silent. The man who was wearing a long white robe stepped forward. He appeared to be mayor of the town.

"That pink hair, sharp killer eyes, and that wretched scarf. It has to be you. What the hell are you doing here?!!" Everyone roared with anger.

I tried to explain to them, but it was the entire city vs us. Erza tried to yell at them to be quite, but there screams of anger were louder. We were over run.

Before I knew it, one villager put sleeping gas in the air and slowly Wendy, Carla, Happy, Gray, Erza, and Lucy all collapsed to the ground. The villagers all had breathing masks.

I felt my body getting heavy. My head felt light and my eye lids struggles to stay open. The last thing I saw was Sue getting surrounded by people, and her relentlessly trying to fight back, before everything went black.

I'm very sorry it took so long but I had a problem with WattPad and I had 7 tests all in the same day. BUT GUESS WHAT???? SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE!!! So I will have alot more time to write. And I have ALOT AWESOME IDEAS!!!
