⚠️ Trigger Warning! Violence

3rd person POV
Lee was the only one left after Kim had taken all his men away. As soon as the door had closed, Lee walked inside and then near Yeri.
The first hit she got was a kick in the gut, making her cough. Lee said nothing and that was enough to know how angry he was.
The second and third kicks were in the same spot. After that, Lee circled Yeri and laughed at her state. Her hair was a mess. She was bleeding from the mouth and coughing up blood. He bent low and held Yeri by the scalp, bringing her face upwards.
"What's the matter, little Kim? Gave up so soon? Seems you don't put a fight till the end."
He laughed and let her go, tossing her to the ground.
He circled her once more and saw how bad of a state she actually was in. It cooled down little of the raging fire.
Soon, he was unbuckling his belt. He grinned mercilessly as the belt slid down his slacks into his hand.
"Don't do it," she said in a warning tone. "Don't you dare do what you're trying to do. It won't end well for you."
But he only laughed and came closer.
The first whip Yeri took was on the back, the second one on the same place. And soon the force of the belt increased and kept on increasing.
Yeri tried to contain the raging storm inside of her. She tried to hold herself in.
To Lee, it looked like she was in physical pain. While that was true, what caused her the most pain was her mental state at the time.
She was fighting off her own self, her very mind, as the whips kept increasing. At one point Yeri felt air press on the skin of her back and she knew her shirt was torn.
Still, she kept fighting, pushing off her mind.
But in the end, it wasn't enough. She had suffered all her life. She was still suffering. There was perhaps no way to end her suffering. But all through her life there was the one person whom she truly let herself immerse into. That person cared for her even when she didn't know she needed it. And she knew that person was her anchor, the shore to her sea, the answer to all her questions.
So, she pressed on.
This time, she didn't stop. Instead, she let the monster inside of her free. She finally stopped fighting. For once, her path was clear and she knew what she had to do.
Yeri stood up. Lee was shocked to see her that way. He thought they had done enough damage to her. Nonetheless, he smirked and advanced.
Even with her hands and feet tied, Yeri managed to defend and evade. After a few moments of defending, Yeri waited for her actual blow.
Lee ran forward in an attempt to hit her. Yeri waited. When he was in range, Yeri bent low and as soon as Lee had made contact with her body, she stood upright, causing her head to collide with his chin, throwing him off course.
Blood poured out of his mouth due to Yeri's strong blow and for a few moments, he was rendered almost unconscious. That gave Yeri the chance to loosen her ties a bit.
When Lee started advancing forward again, Yeri was ready. He tried throwing punches but Yeri was taking none of that. She blocked each and every punch and slash of the knife.
When Lee took out his gun to shoot, she went as far as breaking his whole arm to knock it out. She knew her body was badly hurt. But the adrenaline rush wasn't allowing her to feel pain but a raging fire only. And she was glad it was that way.
Yeri took no hit and as Lee grew tired. She punched him in the face once then twice. When he advanced again, she jumped and then kicked him with both feet together. When he was finally on the ground Yeri dropped beside him.
He made an attempt to get up but she was quicker. She punched him. And after that she kept punching him again and again. His broken nose was completely crushed now. There were bruises around his eyes and all over his face. Both of his arms were now broken and his body was badly damaged.
And yet, Yeri continued hitting him.
In those moments she wasn't the Yeri everybody knew. She was the Yeri that her father had made her. The Yeri that she had closed up and buried with her childhood.
She wasn't a kind, sweet woman. She was a monster and in the end, she embraced it. She embraced the monster inside of her. She knew it had been trying to get free all this time. But she had suppressed it. She had never let the monster escape. And now it was time she finally embraced what she was. It was time she let go of her fears and be what she actually was meant to be.
At that time, she was - for once in her life - thankful to her father. He had made her what she was. But in the end he had helped her all along.
Yeri finally made peace with her demons.
