Yeri's POV

I spent the next few weeks recovering in Jungkook's hospital.

Turned out it was pretty lavish and big. Jungkook had hired the best of the medical staff there; people who were loyal to him and were good at their job.

It was a place Jungkook had established and developed for his own mafia uses since he didn't want his own men or people who worked with him to go to public hospitals. Rather, he had the authority there and the people were well acquainted with him.

Jungkook was being really supportive in everything. He helped me move my muscles, he made sure I took my medicines on time, he made me eat and rest on the right times and he kept me company.

They told me that different doctors would come to tend to me every single day. From moving my arms and legs to keep my muscles and bones strong and working, to changing my drips and my bandages and then cleaning my body as well.

I would have gone into a state of depression after finding out that I'd been asleep for almost a month in such a bad shape that there were tubes, pipes and drips all around me and my condition was so bad they left me in a bra and some lose shorts only.

But Jungkook was there. He hugged me and kissed me and helped me cope up. He reassured me at all times and made sure I wouldn't think about it all. He kept me busy and occupied at all times so that it would take my mind off of my situation.

I had been spending a lot of time with Taehyung as well. He was always here, making me laugh, talking to me, feeding me and helping me in any way he could.

Together he and Jungkook would do all sorts of stuff for me. Sometimes they'd sing for me, sometimes we'd play charades, sometimes Taehyung would tell me stories about Jungkook.

Taehyung played the role of the big brother well. There were times when I couldn't help but feel depressed and it would weigh on Jungkook too. Taehyung was a big shoulder to both of us in days like those, feeding both of us, reassuring us, hugging us and whatever he thought would help us.

I had developed a relation with Taehyung that made him the older brother I never had before. He was soft and kind towards me. Sometimes we'd have little arguments and Taehyung would always take my side and we'd roast Jungkook together.

"How come you get to call him by his name while I have to use honorifics?" Jungkook whined as we sat in my hospital room together.

"Because I'm Yeri and I can have whatever I want to. And besides, Taehyung lets me call him by his name," I said with a cheeky grin.

Jungkook groaned and pouted. Taehyung laughed, giving me a hi-five.

Taehyung's POV

I had to look after two big babies. I thought Jungkook was a baby but Yeri wasn't less than him.

Before this, I hadn't gotten much interaction with Yeri. But now, I spent most of my time with her. I knew I was the brother Jungkook needed to lean on when it would get too much for his heart to bear.

But after Yeri had woken up, I automatically felt my role double up. Although she leaned on Jungkook, there were times when they needed a brother figure desperately. I was more than happy to be by their side.

Although I got to see a lot of cheesy kisses, it made me happy. There were times when I would catch Jungkook looking at Yeri as if she was the most precious thing in the whole universe.

When she spoke, he would listen with all his heart and mind into her words, he would smile at her, he would laugh because of her.

And I was happy to know that my little brother had finally found someone who understood him and made him bring out his soft side.
