Chapter 59

Jungkook's POV

"See you both later," Taehyung said as he dropped us at home.

"You're not going to stay?" I asked him.

He shook his head.

"I'll be heading back to Daegu soon," he said.

I nodded.

He brought Yeri in for a hug and kissed the top of her head.

"Take care of yourself, Yeri. I'll miss you," he said affectionately.

She smiled.

"You too."

After saying goodbye, Taehyung drove out of the mansion. We saw him off and then we walked inside.

As soon as the doors opened, all the workers came to greet Yeri. I stood back and watched as she smiled at them and hugged each one of them. Everybody adored her.

After the workers had left, Yeri turned to me. There was a bittersweet expression on her face.

I stepped closer to her.

"Let's go to our room?" I asked her softly.

She nodded.

I picked her up in my arms and she yelped. I carried her upstairs as her head met my chest and I heard her exhale.

I took her to our room and sat her on top of the bed. I looked at her.

"I'll go take a shower," she said.

I nodded.

"Take your time," I told her.

Yeri's POV

I was finally home. Saying that I hadn't missed the mansion would be a lie. I walked inside the bathroom and closed the door behind me.

Stripping completely, I discarded away the hospital clothes and got into the shower.

Turning the hot water on I let it run over me for a few minutes. I heard the door open and saw Jungkook entering.

Even in the now becoming thick mist, I could make out his face and his body clearly.

When he came close he stood still.

"Want me to join you?"

I nodded.

"Yes," I breathed out.

Jungkook took a step back and stripped out of his clothes and then stepped under the shower with me. We continued just staring at each other for a few moments as the hot water ran over us and soaked our bodies.

And then Jungkook was kissing me. But his kiss wasn't rough. It was slow and short and when he parted his head came to my neck where he started trailing kisses and going further down to my collar bone and then down my chest.

He trailed more kisses down my torso and then he kissed both of my legs.

After he was done kissing me, he stood up and gazed into my eyes. I said nothing as he took a shampoo and rubbed it in my hair, messaging my scalp gently.

After he had washed my hair thoroughly, he proceeded to my body. He squeezed my favorite body wash into his hands and then gently rubbed it all over my body till my ankles.

When he turned me around to do the backside I felt him hesitate. I looked at him over my shoulder and sure enough he was looking at the slashes on my back and blaming himself.
