Chapter 23: In A Haze

Sasaki Pov

It's been a while since Sasaki slept in so much on a school day. He was irritated that he missed the train so he couldn't see Miyano bright and early. Even worse, he was so late to school that he didn't get to meet with his beloved Mya-chan before the last bell went off.

He pouted all while taking notes, and Hirano sensed this. "What's up with you?"

"I was too late and couldn't see Mya-chan."

"You can see him after this class is done." The blonde reminded him, and Sasaki pouted more.

"Man, I dunno why this last day is even important when we're going on break." Ogasawara yawned and stretched.

"It's helpful for taking notes for future tests~" Hanzawa chimed in as he passed around more papers to the class.

Sasaki wanted to do better for those tests, but right now he only wanted Miyano. He always wanted to see him, always wanted to be around him, but lately it was more intense. His inner alpha was constantly wanting, and it took all of Sasaki's control just to keep it back.

As soon as the bell went off he was instantly up and out. Miyano was still in his class, sitting with Kuresawa and Tashiro.

"Mya-chan!" He called out to him, already feeling a smile warp his sour mood.

Those honey eyes met his, and his inner alpha purred when his omega came to greet him. "Sasaki-senpai?"

The alpha could get lost in that gaze, but Miyano was looking confused the longer he took to respond. "Uh, I wanted to see you..." He lightly grabbed his hand to tug him out the door.

"Where are we going?" Miyano's voice was extra cute today, and it made Sasaki smile more.

"Somewhere private~"

Sasaki didn't have to look back to know his mate was blushing. As soon as he got to the old committee room he wrapped his arms around the smaller boy.

"Mmm... finally."

Miyano laughed lightly and hugged him back, causing Sasaki's poor heart to take off. "'Finally?' What do you mean?"

Sasaki groaned and rocked them side to side. "I slept in too late and didn't get to see you."

"Well, you get to see me now."

He smells really good right now. Sasaki's thoughts were all jumbled together the more the small room filled with that spicy citrus scent he loved. It was like lemonade popping on his tongue, and he just wanted to drink. He pulled back a little to gaze at his beautiful face, and leaned closer.

Miyano met him halfway, and they were kissing. Sasaki meant to only give a few light kisses, but it was as if he were suddenly starving and only Miyano could fill his appetite. He held him even closer and groaned into the kiss as he licked at those full lips.
