What if Harry Potter was reborn as Izuku Midoriya and the reason Midoriya ended up not having a quirk, was because he was already a wizard?

This version of Midoriya I will call Izuku Potter.

Izuku has hair closer to a black color than a green color and his eyes are a blue-green. And his hair is similarly styled to the original Harry's.
