Nathan's Perspective

Melody. I watched her walk down the street away from me. Occasionaly casting her eyes towards me, but I made sure she didn't catch me watching.

She was beautiful in her own way. Her long wavy blonde hair cascaded over her shoulders. Her eyes were beautiful, like an emarald green. I knew she was something more when I looked down at her when she ran into me. Maybe Tom was right. Maybe I did have a crush on someone I just met. But a crush? That was someone kids from elementary school said.

"Mate, you have to come back inside," Max's voice says behind me as I watched Melody cross the street and giving me one last glance. She clearly didn't realize what kind of power she had on me. The way she covered her face with her hair making me want to brush it from her face.

But at the sound of Max's voice snapped me out of my thoughts. I remembered why I had stormed out of the store in the first place. "I'm not going back in there." I said to Max and started to cross the street to the parking lot where the tour bus was at.

"Nath," Tom called after me, "Stop being a diva and come back inside."

"Kev wants me to stay out of this mission for some interview, not a chance." I argued back, now at the door to the bus about ready to hope in when Max grabbed my shoulder.

"You know it is for the best." Max said.

"I'm not missing out on this. I'm not as small as you think."

"We'll figure something out, mate," Tom said, "But only if you stop acting like a diva. Come back."

I sighed, already giving up. I only signed up for this to go on missions and serve our queen, not to be some part of a boy band and go on ridiculous interviews where they pry into our everyday life.

I walked into the tour bus anyways and got my self a cup of tea to calm myself down.

The lads could try to help me go on the mission with them as well but it doesn't mean that will actually occur. Being the youngest had its ups and downs. The upside is that all the girls seem to fall for the baby of the group because they saw me as innocent. The downside is that they lads didn't think me capable of that many things. It's like they don't see the way I perform on stage.

I would have to show them by succeeding. It will be me who gets the diamonds. Whoever the guy is that stole him well he won't exactly see me coming.

Later that night the lads decided to go out for a pint at the local pub while I stayed in. Sure it would have been nice to get pissed and not worry about out mission. But if I was going to show myself capable of anything then I have to stay serious.

I could bet that Siva was going to be the first to arrive seeing as he was the lightweight. Two drinks and he was out cold especially for someone of his height it was ridiculous.

We were staying in a hotel off in Manchester for the night and Big Kev happened to be outside the pub most likely making sure no one would cause trouble for his "boy band." So much for undercover right? However he left the laptop, the laptop with all the files on our mission.

I booted it up and typed in the long password. The computer was high tech so it loaded up pretty quickly. Many files opened up on the homescreen. Many to do with the location of where the queen was at and that she was safe. Another site was a camera placed near The Bloods location center. But there was no activity at the moment.

I sipped some of my tea which quickly fogged up the backs of my glasses which I only wear when I'm on the computer.

After hours of research and opening up documents, I couldn't find out who could of possibly taken the diamonds from Ethan. There was The Sentras, but they weren't that threatening and there has been no recent activity since their main man died thirteen years ago.

A door behind me suddenly opened and closed with a loud bang. I quickly closed the laptop and sipped on my tea.

"What are you doing?" Siva asked although it sounded much like 'water ya doin'' but his thick Irish accent made it more heavy.

"Having a cuppa!" I said with a smile trying to not look guilty. "Want one?"

Siva swayed and then fell on a near by bed, "No, I think I'll just sleep for an hour or ten." Then he was out. He hadn't quite made it fully on the bed so his feet were still touching the ground and his arm hung over the side.

It was a good thing Siva was a little buzzed or he would have questioned me more on what I was up to. I would have to let it go for now. Big Kev was still saying I couldn't go to the party that Ethan was attending, but they still bought me the upper half of a suit. But if all things work then I should be at that party with them not even knowing.

When the lads arrived home Big Kev had more details that were sent to him on his phone. Turns out a girl was the one who stole the diamonds.

In that moment who ever that girl was I admired. And I would find out who she was.

A/N don't know how I feel about this chapter... ehh whatever. (:
