A/N As I've said before in the past I'm not good at guy's point of views and this book is the first time I've ever done it so don't be surprised if Nathan's perspective is limited. (: Besides...I need some mystery in my life. Also I'm happy to pick this story back up and hopefully I can lead it somewhere interesting because even I don't know what will happen. I'll let the characters decide that.

Chapter 33 ~ Decisions

Melody's Perspective

"We're home!" Tom's loud voice erupts throughout the whole house as he opens the door wider. "Well not our home, but you know what I mean." He continues as an after thought.

I'm in the kitchen at the moment already starting to brew up Nathan some tea. I don't know how I will be able to face him and act like nothing is up, but I have to remind myself that I've done it before and I've done it in much harder situations. Except his adorable face makes it much more difficult.

"Good to be back," Max laughed and that's when I can see Tom, Max, and Nathan come into view, but instead of making himself useful in any kind of way, Max's makes himself at home on the couch.

"I'm making you tea, Nathan," I said. His gaze meets mine and I can feel my heart start to pick up pace. I don't know if it's just from seeing him or the letter which is still crumpled up in a ball in my pocket.

"Um, we stopped and got starbucks," Nathan grinned as he held up his drink and made a point of taking a sip.

"Oh, I'll just-" I start but I'm interrupted by Tom saying, "I'll have tea."

"Then you make it," I said in a teasing manner, but he just shrugged and finished it. "Where is Jay and Siva? I thought they were going to support you."

"They were, but something came up." Nathan replied. That's all he gave me.

"Are you okay?" I wondered. Nathan may have been scared in the beginning, but he was always talking about how he was excited to be back and be with everyone including me.

"What do you guys saying about changing our scenery and moving out of the country." Nathan said to Tom and Max changing the subject.

"Nathan, you haven't even talked to your family yet." I exclaimed.

"That's true, mate," Max said kneeling on the couch with his head resting in his folded arms so he could look at us. He looked strangely liked a child, but Max doesn't even look his age to begin with, especially with his puppy dog eyes.

"What country?" Tom cuts in.

"America, maybe? I don't know, but I think a change would do us all good." Nathan said. Literally my eyes were wide and my arms in the what are you talking about gesture.

"Can I talk to you, Nathan?" I asked and when I saw the Tom and Max looking at my expectantly, I added, "Alone?"

Nathan followed me into his room and I'm hoping not reluctantly. I know Nathan has been stressed, especially with being in hotel room arrest for awhile, but that was his choice. I am for one so ecstatic for him to be back, but not when he keeps me in the dark or refuses to tell anyone we are dating. I don't take the it is for your protection crap.

"What do you want to talk about?" He asked monotonously.

"I can't take you seriously with your sunglasses on for one."

He took his glasses off and put them securely on his shirt. Finally I could see his green eyes and I could actually see him. He looked at my with concern now. I had to literally stop myself from taking his hands and kissing him.
