KK decided to wait until he received a call from Abhi.

The entire day passed without any update.

Finally, KK's phone rang.

It was an unknown number.

He immediately picked up the call.

KK: Hello.

Someone: Am I talking to Karan?

KK: Yes. Who is this?

Someone: I'm Abhi's dad.

KK: Yes, Uncle.

TD: Actually, Abhi isn't answering his phone. Even Teja isn't picking up her calls. I'm getting very worried. Can you give the phone to him?

KK's heart sank.

KK: Hmm... Uncle, he didn't come to the hospital today.

TD: What? But he told us he was going to the hospital. Even Teja didn't reach her college.

KK: Uncle, please don't worry. I'll find them. You take care and try to stay calm.

After reassuring him, KK ended the call.

He immediately informed Omi and the others and asked them to start searching for Abhi and Teja.

KK (to himself): Shit! What happened? Where are they? God, please keep them safe.

KK: Omi! What the hell are you all doing?

Omi: Bhai, we're trying our best.

KK: I don't know anything. I want them found. Their parents are so worried. Wait... I'll tell Mom and Dad to go and stay with Uncle and Aunty.

Omi: Yeah, that's the right thing to do.

KK called KM and KD and informed them about the situation. He asked them to go and stay with TD and TM.

Hours passed.

There was still no update from anywhere.

Later, Omi rushed into KK's cabin.

KK immediately stood up.

KK: What happened? Did you get any update?

Omi looked hesitant.

Omi: Bhai... the police found two dead bodies.

KK froze.

Omi: They think it might be them.

KK: What?!

His face turned pale.

KK: No... no... no... it can't be.

Omi: Bhai, we need to go and check. Come on, let's go.

With great difficulty, KK managed to compose himself and leave with Omi.

As soon as they reached the location, KK rushed inside.

His eyes immediately fell on the boy's body.

A few moments later, he let out a shaky breath.

KK: No... it's not him.

His voice cracked with relief.

KK: Thank God. Omi, it's not him.

Police Officer: And the girl?

KK looked from a distance and shook his head.

KK: I don't think it's her either. His sister is only eighteen or nineteen. It's not her.

Then he looked at the officers desperately.

KK: Please... keep searching for them.

Without wasting another second, KK got back into his car.

He started driving to every place Abhi used to visit whenever he was upset.

Every café.

Every park.

Every roadside spot.

Every place he could think of.

But there was no sign of either of them.

Nowhere.

KK continued searching while constantly trying Abhi's number.

Again and again.
