The days slowly passed.

With each passing day, Karan and Teja became closer.

They had become best friends.

Many times, Teja would break down and cry in Karan's arms.

Many times, Karan would silently cry while hugging Teja.

Without even realizing it, they were healing each other's wounds.

Today was Teja's first exam.

She was extremely nervous.

Meanwhile, Karan was trying his best to calm her down.

Karan: "Teja, relax... and have this."

He handed her a glass of juice.

Teja: "Hmm."

Without even looking at him, she took it and drank it.

Karan: "Tejaa..."

Still, she seemed lost in her thoughts.

Finally, Karan gently held her shoulders and made her look at him.

Karan: "Stop. Relax."

Teja looked at him.

Karan: "Believe me, you're going to rock this exam."

He smiled.

Karan: "Now take a deep breath."

Teja followed his instructions.

Karan: "Good girl."

Then suddenly Karan remembered something.

Karan: "Wait a second. I have something for you."

Teja: "What?"

Karan: "Wait."

Karan walked towards his wardrobe and took out a small box.

He came back and handed it to her.

Teja: "What's this?"

She asked curiously like a little kid.

Karan: "Open it and see."

Teja opened the box.

Inside was a beautiful pen.

She carefully picked it up.

Teja: "It's beautiful."

Karan smiled.

Karan: "This pen is very special to me."

Teja immediately looked up.

Teja: "Then why are you giving it to me? It's special. Don't waste it on me."

The moment those words left her mouth, Karan frowned.

Karan: "What?"

Teja blinked.

Karan: "I'm not wasting it on you."

His voice softened.

Karan: "And never say that again."

He looked directly into her eyes.

Karan: "You are more special than a hundred pens like this."

Teja's eyes became emotional.

Without saying anything, she hugged him tightly.

Karan smiled and hugged her back.
