And this time, the call was picked up.

KK: Abhi! Abhi! Where are you?

Someone: D... Dr... Ka...ran... I... I'm his sister... We... have met with an... acci...dent... Please help...

KK immediately recognized the voice.

KK: Teja! Where are you guys? Tell me the location!

Teja: X... Y pla...ce... Ple...ase sa...ve us...

The call disconnected.

For a moment, KK felt completely shattered.

But he quickly gathered himself and informed Omi and the others to reach the location immediately.

KK reached there first.

The moment he saw the accident site, his heart stopped.

The car was completely wrecked.

The accident had been terrible.

Then he saw Teja.

Covered in blood.

Barely conscious.

KK ran towards her.

KK: Teja! Are you okay?

Teja looked at him weakly.

Teja: Ple...ase... sa...ve... Bhai...

With trembling hands, she pointed towards the car.

As soon as KK saw Abhi trapped inside, he rushed towards him.

Ignoring his own safety, he managed to pull Abhi out of the damaged vehicle.

By then, Omi arrived with the ambulance.

They immediately shifted both of them to the hospital.

As soon as they reached the hospital, Omi informed KM and KD and asked them to bring TD and TM as quickly as possible.

The treatment began immediately.

Omi took charge of Teja's case.

KK handled Abhi's.

Teja had suffered a deep cut on her stomach and head. Her right leg was broken, and she had lost a lot of blood.

Abhi's condition, however, was far worse.

His heart rate was dropping rapidly.

KK: Abhi... you can't do this. Come on... respond... please...

Other Doctor: Dr. Karan... it's not possible. You know that too.

KK's eyes filled with anger.

KK: Shut up and get out!

The doctor immediately left.

A little later, Omi finished treating Teja and came to check on Abhi.

KK: Omi, why the hell isn't he responding?

KK: Omi, please do something. He's my brother. I can't lose him, Omi...

For the first time, KK's voice broke completely.

Omi looked away helplessly.

KK closed his eyes.

Omi: I'll ask the nurse to bring Teja too. She has the right to see her brother one last time.

KK simply nodded.

He walked to the sofa in the corner and sat down.

His eyes remained fixed on the floor.

For the first time in years, tears rolled freely down his face.

A few moments later, Omi brought Teja inside on a wheelchair.

Teja looked around in confusion.

Teja: Bhai... what happened?

The moment Abhi heard Teja's voice, his fingers moved slightly.

Omi immediately noticed it.

Omi: Bhai! He's responding! Look!

KK jumped to his feet and rushed towards Abhi.

He quickly checked his vitals.

Slowly, Abhi opened his eyes.

His gaze moved across the room.

He looked at everyone standing there.

Then he signaled for TM and TD to come closer.

They immediately rushed to his side.

Abhi looked at them with teary eyes.

Abhi: Mom... Dad...

His voice was barely audible.

Abhi: I'm sorry... if I've ever done anything wrong.

Tears streamed down TM's face.

Abhi: And... I'm very lucky to have both of you as my parents.

He paused to catch his breath.

Abhi: Please... take care of yourselves... after I'm gone...
