Hi everyone,
I don’t know if what I’m thinking is right or wrong… but I want to try something.

For a long time, I’ve been dealing with depression and panic attacks. And for the first time, I’m choosing to do something not just for myself, but for others like me — people who are struggling silently, who don’t have anyone to talk to, or feel like they’re completely alone.

So I thought… why not create a small space where we can support each other?

I’m doing this for myself as well… because I’ve been alone for a long time. People left, things broke me, but I’m trying to stand up again.
