part-95(teja's breakdown)

Teja went to the kitchen and started making soup for him.

But her hands were moving automatically.

Her mind was somewhere else.

Teja (to herself): Today I felt like I lost him. .. Whatever he did...I don't think I'll ever be able to forget it.

Tears filled her eyes.

Teja (to herself): But somewhere I'm responsible too...I should have trusted him.... It's not that I don't trust him...
It's just... The fear of losing him.

Meanwhile, KK was lying on the bed.

His eyes were fixed on the ceiling.

KK (to himself): Yaar...What have I done?.... Everything was finally becoming normal..
And I ruined it.

He closed his eyes.

KK (to himself): If I were in Teja's place...
I would've reacted much worse... My baby...I hurt my own baby.

His eyes became wet.

KK (to himself): I promise..... Today I'll answer every single question she has... No more running away.

A few minutes later, Teja entered the room with a bowl of soup.

Without saying anything, she sat beside him.

She started feeding him.

KK kept looking at her.

She didn't look into his eyes even once.

Not even for a second.

After a few spoonfuls, KK gently took the spoon from her hand.

Then he started feeding her.

Neither of them spoke.

There were still countless unresolved questions between them.

Yet strangely...

Sitting together felt peaceful.

When the soup was finished, Teja handed him his medicines.

Then she spoke softly.

Teja: Karan, get up.

KK: Hmm?

Teja: Let's go to your room.

Teja: You should rest there.

KK looked at her.

KK: It's not my room.

Teja looked confused.

KK: It's our room.

KK: And wherever you are...

KK: That's where I'll stay.

For the first time, a tiny smile appeared on Teja's face.

Teja: Okay.

Teja: Then get up.

I'm coming too.

KK lay down on the bed.

Teja freshened up and went downstairs.

Since the soup hadn't been enough, she prepared poha.

After finishing, she brought it upstairs.

The moment she entered the room, she saw KK working on his laptop.

KK looked up.
