If you look into the distance,
there's a house upon the hill
Guiding like a lighthouse,
it's a place where you'll be safe.

,,Good morning, sunshine!", I yelled as I broke into Georgia's bedroom and jumping on her bed, I held my camera right into her face.

,,Aurie, get off!"

,,Can you tell me what day today is?", I grinned, zooming right into her sleepy face.

,,Aurie, you're such a kid!" I moved, right before she could slap me, making me laugh.

,,Potsdam! Potsdam! Potsdam!..." I stood up and began jumping up and down, until she finally sat up and a grin broke across her face. ,,...Potsdam! Potsdam!..."

,,Potsdam...", she chuckled.

,,Correct! Potsdam!" She slapped me jokingly, causing me to quickly escape into the bathroom. I posted the video on my Instagram story, not able to wipe the grin off my face. Today was the day. Today was the last game of the season and I felt confident. After our easy win against Leverkusen, I knew we'd win against Potsdam as well and after all these years of Wolfsburg taking the trophy, I was proud to say 'not this time'. I brushed my teeth, hair and washed my face, blowing Georgia a kiss when she entered the bathroom like every other morning, but there was a smile on her face. I grabbed my bag, cut my lemon and filled my water bottle, before I made my way out of the apartment to the girls. I saw Mala sliding into Lina's car as she had picked up her stuff, waving me before they drove off. She had stayed with Lina for the night, which caused her to not go to campus with is. Guilia on the other hand popped up behind me. She was finally back from her injury and even though she wouldn't be playing yet, she would of course come with us.

,,FINALEEE!", Klara called out as she saw Guilia and me join them at the car and Syd turned the music up, grinning at me. We had gotten closer through everything that happened with Jill and I was thankful for everything she did for me. She was my number one deep talk partner, we'd go out on runs together and just talk for hours, because she was great at listening. I knew how she was struggling with Jill as well, and we somehow managed to stabilise each other. I had found another great friend in her and wouldn't give her away for anything.

,,FINALE OHO!", Georgia yelled as she came out of the building as well, sliding into the passenger seat like always. Klara drove off, letting the roof of the car down and turning it into a cabriole, the warm wind now streaming through my still open hair as we all sang along the lyrics of songs like put your records on, can't hold us and timber. It was perfect. We arrived at Ursel's bakery and entering we saw the whole shop decorated in red and white, photos of us hanging on the walls as she stepped into the room at the sound of us entering. She was wearing a brand new Jersey and proudly showed us her back, the number 31 and Stanway written on it. Georgia grinned proudly, knowing exactly how she had given it to her favorite baker for eastern.

,,Bitteschön! Jetzt los, holt euch den Pokal!"(Here, now go and get the trophy!), Ursel laughed, giving us all our usual breakfast before ushering us out again. This felt like I was living a dream and I loved it. We made our way to the campus, where some girls were already waiting. Caro walking around with a huge JBL Box, music playing similar to what we listened to in the car. I gave Mala the breakfast that Ursel had made and slowly the parking lot began to fill. When everyone had arrived we made our ways onto the team bus, still singing along the songs and other then on usual drives, everyone did. We all knew it wasn't really respectful to basically celebrate before we had even won, but what would you do? Right. So did we. We didn't care. Because in that moment we were just being who we where. MiaSanMia. We were who we were and no one could take that from us.
