I was getting ready to run some errands with my brother , I had just moved to a new flat in London with him and we were spending the day putting it together

I said holding up dishes for the kitchen, my brother Keontae was paying no mind to me , he was just pushing the cart while scrolled through his phone
Y/n: should've just stayed in the gaff .I want help ,didn't need a shadow
K: I don't care about all this rubbish, I'm here for the heavy lifting fam
I ignored him putting the blue dishes in a trolley then moved on to bed sheets . Once I turned into the isle I seen someone I haven't seen in years . I tried to get my brother to go the other way but that only caught their attention
"Look who it is , wassup KT" he said dabbing up keontae
K: Cench , wagwon how's life bruv?
C: all well , I've been working a lot
They chatted amongst each other as if I wasn't there , I just ignored them both and looked for the sheets that I wanted
C: it's been too long ? The fam aight
K:mums well , we just moved out the ends and we're near here now you should slide
C: oh I don't think y/n would like that
K: don't stress on that , chat me later yeah
He said trying to catch up to me , I was already in a whole other section of the store
Y/n: I hope your not that mindless to actually invite that kid to my house
K: it's our house innit , I could invite whoever
Y/n: but why tho , never knew you and him were best mates
K: Come on y/n, don't act like you don't miss him
Y/n: I don't
K: not even a wee bit
I shook my head and made my way to checkout . We packed up his car before we decided to go to the chippy for some food
Y/n: can I get the family pack of fried chicken with salt and pepper chips
K: I want a spicy patty too
Y/n: that will be all
I said paying before I seen a nice car pull up to the shop , Cench hopped out and said something to Keontae before walking straight up to me
Y/n: go away Oakley , I don't want to talk
C: ok that's mad cause it looks like I'm your ride
He said pointing towards my brother who was now speeding away in his car, I rolled my eyes reminding myself to kill him when I get home
Y/n: I'm not participating in your little games
C: I just want to talk to you , I'm not here for games
Once my order was finished, he led me to his car , an expensive looking maybach truck with royal blue interior seats. He opened up my door to let me in but I shut it myself
C: so how are you ?
Y/n: I'm great I said annoyingly he just kissed his teeth
C: you not gon ask me how I been?
Y/n: wasn't planning to
C: y/n, it's been ages you dead gonna air me out
Y/n: we don't have anything to chat about
C: we could chat about the last time I saw you ?
Y/n: oh sure that would be sick
I sarcastically said while going on my phone , I didn't want to see him or speak to him after that day so it's weird that he'd bring it up
C: I want an apology, I proved you wrong so I think I deserve one
Y/n: are you mental?? You want an apology I'll help you search for it chief
C: you broke up with me ,claimed i needed it to focus on my self. That was dred , you had mans acting like a bare bitch
Y/n: you turned out alright innit
I said gesturing to all his fancy things and he had a lot, watches ,chains , even this fucking car
C: I ain't want you to leave me , we been together since we was babes and we was best mates before we ever started dating so you were wrong to just leave like that
Y/n: that's not how I see it Oakley , we were too dependent on each other growing up . We took care of each other and any problems any of us had the other one was there to fix it
C: I don't understand what's wrong with having someone to rely on ,sounds to me like we were perfect for each other
Y/n: I felt like we were going in different directions and I couldn't be there for you like before. It made me feel useless
C: I've never seen you as useless y/n, you motivated me to be whatever I put my mind too and I became successful yeah
Y/n: you did it on your own , you didn't need anyone to be successful, aren't I correct ?
C: it would been nice to have a leng ting by my side , it feels bitter sweet sharing my fortune with the mandem when I did this all for you
I huffed in frustration ,After the break up I thought that we'd move on and just forget each other but now that we're here together after all these years I don't think both of us never really had . I tried to , I really did but I could never forget the life we had together
C: I love you y/n , I never stopped. I think about you every day and I want to be with you and give you everything you ever dreamed of
Y/n: I love you too Oakley , I just can't go back to the way things were , you've got good things going for you so you should focus on that
C: I don't care about any of this shit , if you love me like you say you do then I'm not giving up. I made a mistake letting you just walk out on us and I'm not letting it happen again
He pulled into my garage and shut off his car . We stood in silence for a bit but when I reached for the door he spoke up again
C: I need you to pack luggage by the end of the week
Y/n: why ?
C: I got time off , you coming with me to Bali
