I was in the hospital hysterically crying, my best friends and the nurses tried to calm me down but I wasn't having it

" can I get a moment alone with her ?" My friend sooyoon asked the nurses and they agreed leaving us alone in there

She said giving me tissue to wipe my tears , I calmed down a bit to let her speak

S: I've been telling you to take care of yourself , you were keeping big things from me and we're supposed to be best friends

Y/n: soo I didn't know I was pregnant until now

S: no I'm talking about who the hell the guy is ? Did you call him and tell him your here ?

Y/n: that's not important, I can't have it , they need to get rid of it

S: y/n the nurse said your 5 months, that's too far along for that your going to have to give birth

Present day

Today was a big day from my company, I worked for a well known television network and I was an interviewer , it was my day off but another interviewer was sick so I offered to come in but I didn't have time to get a sitter for my son joon-woo so I brought him with

S: oh look at my beautiful nephew, hey j woo

Sooyoon said as I walked in with him , she worked as a stylist for the people who come here so while I work she would be able to keep an eye on joon-woo

S: wait today's your day off , what are you doing here?

Y/n: someone called out , there's supposed to be a important interview today

S: no didn't they tell you who your interviewing , you shouldn't be here

Y/n: why not what's the big de-

We were interrupted by loud cheering from spectators outside , a large van opened up and the first person that came out of it was the person I feared seeing for years

Y/n: that's not namjoon is it ? I can't let him see me

I said running off with j-woo to my dressing room , I haven't seen namjoon for almost four years and now he's at my job the same day I had to bring my son

I gave j-woo my iPad and sent him to go to sooyoon's office,he's been there multiple times so he knew the way

Namjoon's Pov 

We were doing an interview for our new album and i was excited because we've never been here before , we went in and  met the stylist she was a bit standoffish towards me but I just think she's shy

S: I'll get your outfits, and get my assistant to help you
She said to me before walking away to talk to the other members . I saw a little boy walk in and sit by me , he noticed me looking and waved at me

N: Hey I'm RM , what's your name ?

Jw: I'm joon-woo

N: that's a great name , where's you mum ?

Jw:working she's on tv

N:  does your dad work on tv too ?

Jw: I don't have a dad , it's just me and mum

N: that's awesome, moms are the best

I said to him , Jin joined the conversation shortly after
J: how old are you ?

Jw: I'm four

J: he's cute , he kinda looks like you

we had a little bit more small talk before sooyoon noticed us

S: hey , don't talk to the kid

N: oh I'm sorry, he's yours ?

S: no , my friend is his mom

She grabbed him to take him away from us , I didn't know what her deal was but she snatched the kid up so fast she forgot his I pad

J: she forgot his ipad
Jin said picking it up and he turned it on

J: this might be his mom ,she's really pretty

N: wait I know her

J: you know this girl? In real life ?

N: yeah but I thought she was gone years ago

J: were you guys close?

He asked but I ignored it and snatched the tablet away from him

N: I'm going to give this back to the kid

I told him before leaving the dressing rooms , I had walked around until I found the door with her name on it and so I knocked

Back to y/n's pov

There was a knock on my door so I opened it thinking it was joon-woo , but when I opened the door namjoon stood there looking down at my I pad

Y/n: what are doing here ?

N: i- um hey

Y/n: did you steal this iPad from my kid ?

I asked snatching it away , he looked up at me and shook his head . His eyes were already watering

N: no he left it behind cause of that stylist, she's been acting weird around me for some reason and I saw the photo and I got curious

Y/n: about ?

He let himself in before shutting the door

N: back then , you told me you were going back to the states but then I find you here with a son that is the same age as the last time we saw each other

Y/n: namjoon I can't do this right now, I have wor-

N: Is he mine ?

Y/n: how would knowing that change anything?

N: y/n , please I'm sorry for everything I put you through but I need to know

He begged me with pleading eyes

Y/n: listen namjoon , I wanted to tell you but I just couldn't. We weren't together, you were busy and I knew what everyone would say if they found out so I kept it a secret so that he can live a normal life

N: are you joking? He's my son and you thought it would be best for him to not even meet me

Y/n: i think that he's better off without the drama you come with , I don't want him to go through the same shit I did

N: that's not fair , I was only 19 back then I didn't mean for things to go down the way they did

Y/n: but you allowed it , you let everyone treat me like shit and you never stood up for me not once and then when it got worse ...

I choked on my words and got up to open the door , I didn't want to continue this conversation anymore

Y/n: you have to go

N: y/n you have to talk to me , forget the past this is serious

He said raising his voice , i shushed him and pushed him out the door

Y/n: stop it , this is my job and I'm not losing it over you . Leave me alone namjoon

I said trying to shut the door  but he stopped it

N: no I can't just leave you alone , I wanna be in joon-woo's life. Please you can't keep him from me forever

Y/n: we will talk about it at a later date, I have to finish getting ready 

N: fine

He said walking away I didn't hesitate to shut the door and let out a deep sigh of frustration

Y/n: shit .
