I hope this is to your liking, sittinginmybedat3am. I aimed for making this as wholesome as possible, so hopefully it paid off. It is a bit shorter than others, I will admit; this always seems to happen to my OC requests...

While most people know about the program at Hope's Peak hosting ultimates, there aren't that many who know that they host high schoolers and elementary school students. Known as 'lil ultimate something', they work on their recognized talent from a young age, where they'll probably branch out to a specific talent. A lil ultimate literature turned out to be an ultimate script writer, a lil ultimate lunch turned out to be an ultimate baker, and so on.

Yukiko Haruto was the newest attendee of the lil ultimate classes, coming in with the title of lil ultimate music. However, on her way to the classroom, became distracted with a piano in a different room. It was clearly well-maintained, and seemed like it was calling for Yukiko to come and play it. So she did.

Another student on the way to class, Kotoko, found herself becoming distracted as well. Not because of the piano, but rather because of the one playing said piano. Poking her head inside the room, she quickly walked up to Yukiko.

"Wow, you're amazing on the piano!"

Yukiko turned to face Kotoko, smiling widely. She loved making new friends, and maybe this will be her first friend at Hope's Peak.

"Thanks! I'm Yukiko, but please, call me Yuki. I'm the lil' ultimate music."

"It's nice to meet you, Yuki! I'm Kotoko, the lil' ultimate drama. Is piano the only instrument you can play?"

Yuki shook her head.

"Nope! I can play basically any instrument. Want me to show you how to play the piano?"

"Sure!"

Yuki patted a spot on the bench for Kotoko to sit down. She laid out her hands as an example for Kotoko to follow.

"I should probably tell you about the different keys, but I think it's even more important to position your hands in the correct way."

Yuki helped Kotoko to position her hands, helping her practice playing the different notes. Both of the girl's faces were beaming, wide smiles on their faces.

"This is really fun! I should show you some acting tips; you know, in exchange for the music lesson."

Yuki's smile only widened even more.

"That sounds great. But first... Let me show you how to play a very basic song; I know you can do it."

At first Yuki played the song first; a basic version of 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star'. She then helped Kotoko to play the same notes.

"You know, if you don't think of it as 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star', it sounds like the ABC's song."

Curious, Yuki played the song once. Shockingly enough, she was right.

"Wow, I never noticed that. How cool is that!?"

"Very cool. Come on now, let's do some acting."

Kotoko pulled Yuki off of the piano bench. She was clearly excited to show Yuki some acting tips.

"An important tip is to imagine becoming the character. How about we do a bit of make-believe? I'll be a brave knight saving you, the princess."

Yuki nodded happily, ready to get into this. As the two played their make-believe story, they completely forgot about class; even when the bell rang. They only stopped when Yuki had to use the bathroom, the two of them finally realizing how long they had been spending together.

"Looks like we completely lost track of time. I'm sure the teacher won't mind."

"I hope so... It's my first day and all."

Kotoko gave a reassuring pat on the back, giving her a bright smile.

"I'm sure it'll be just fine. Hey, want to play some more at recess?"

Yuki nods.

"Yeah, that sounds great!"

For teens and especially adults, it can be hard to make friends. It'll take a long time to trust the other person, and if you have different values and opinions it feels like you could never be friends. For kids however, making a best friend can happen in the span of a couple hours. Yuki and Kotoko had just met each other, yet their bond was already stronger than the toughest of diamonds.
